On the topic of liveries, too bad Williams isn't still rocking Martini. We'd have a solid grid from top to bottom then. Love that Gulf McLaren though, the home and away color reversal is a great idea.
Why not pit Max just few laps after Lewis' stop and put him on softs? Max could at least try to chase Lewis down instead of being a sitting duck on much older mediums.

Was Yuji Ide the last driver we had that was this shitty? Completely different situation here with Mazepin's dad bankrolling Haas. What happens if and when Mazepin has to have his superlicense yanked?
All this talk of track limits, at least we won't have to worry so much about those in Monaco in a couple of weeks. Also, how many Haas chassis does Mazepin write off that weekend? ha
McLaren and Red Bull a little down the order in FP2 and 1 second covers the top 16.
Field is nicely bunched after FP2, 1 sec covering the top 12. Alpine with some pace, Max and Lewis tight at the top. Hope Sergio can get up there and fight with Valtteri. Also, what the hell is Vettel doing??
Looking forward to Quali.
Wood, any thoughts on this sprint race quali thing they are proposing?
I like the knockout qualifying as it is, but maybe there is something I am missing.
So I was watching Indy at Barber yesterday. That would be a bonkers track for F1, too short and narrow for the current boats though. Oh and it's in Alabama.
Re: Miami, So they are gonna set up in the Hard Rock stadium parking lot?
Reminds me of Champ Car and ALMS in the Reliant/Astrodome parking lot... it was shitty.
Yeah, I should've said "when" not "if".
I have only Sim City levels of city planning training, but that would be a sweet spot for a stadium. The downtown view from up there would be a nice spot for a huge outfield window, assuming it's a dome.
Hell they could even put some cliche "Austin" shit in the outfield like the Marlins stadium has.
Sounds like they def made some improvements.
Impressive race by Lewis, he got the challenge he's always wanted. Hopefully Red Bull can keep the heat on.
I had it for the last couple of seasons. Other than it being annoying to watch on my tv (there are workarounds). No native apple or android streaming device app that I am aware of.
I really liked having the timing sectors up on my tablet while the tv had the race/quali going. Being able to pick different onboards was nice, but they were silent other than radio messages if I recall. No engine sounds.
Also, having access to the somewhat limited archives is nice too. Putting on an old race while i cleaned or did other things was nice too.
I can't find a vid that works, but Brundle fucking slayed Horner on the grid walk one time at Singapore. Extreme lulz.
Horner: “It’s a shame you’re too old to have driven here.”
Brundle: “Shame you weren’t fast enough to get to Formula One.” 🔥🔥
