Too bad COTA will have gone under by then. jk, but kinda not.

The 3.0 V12 Ferrari from 1995 sounds fairly savage too.

lol Lt. Dannnn, V10's. I was lucky enough to be at COTA when the Corse Clienti was running the early 2000's F1 cars. V10's in person are even better.

Formula One 2020
Some random thoughts, what a crazy race. Like someone said, it was either crazy shit going down or boring with Mercedes leaving everyone. Sucks but Albon is toast I think. It took a race with only what, 13 finishers to get that podium? I guess it helps when Lewis doesn't push you off the track when you are on your way to a podium. Also sucks to be Max's teammate unless you are a #1 at any other team. I love this season in that we are getting races on circuits that normally wouldn't get a race. Mugello, Turkey, Algarve, etc. Even that "oval" in Bahrain will be different. Also, if you haven't seen it already, Mick drove the F2004 before the race while wearing his dad's helmet. Sorry for rambling. lol

Guess we'll have to wait for the 2022 regs when ground effect is allowed.

Big oof, put 10 seconds on him per stint. Probably a similar case with Max to Alex, Danny is just a better driver than Ocon. That said, I don't like Ocon. lol

That was like finding water in the desert of Mercedes domination. I don't know who I wanted to win more, GAS or SAI. What a race.

The camera was on Ferrari while Vettel was being passed by someone again, then it cut to Carlos as he was shaking his head. Having second thoughts about that Ferrari drive next year. All drivers want to drive for Ferrari they say, but I don't get it. They chew up and spit out drivers. Even did it to Schumacher at the end of his time there. Good luck next year, Carlos, you are gonna need it. Maybe Ferrari finds another engine "loop hole" and gains the power they lost. On the bright side, I guess the company car perks are nice. https://streamable.com/6ht59y

Yeah, for as wealthy as he is that seems kinda weaksauce. Make it at least $10k.

The cars should be fairly insane through that 4 apex corner in Turkey. I think Seb in the Red Bull was the only guy who went through it flat.

Crazy to think how influential Roger Penske has been with racing in the United States throughout the years. I didn't know that he'd bought IMS.

Explosion in Beirut
Yeah in the vids you can see a little hole in the shockwave that the silos made. Crazy.

Because the person who applies bronzer isn't allowed in the room where the machine lowers the hairpiece (or whatever it is) onto his head.

I'm surprised those silos are still standing.

Mercedes is on another level. Then you have Max, then the rest of the field.

Sounds like it's Esteban. Hulk would've been a popular pick I think. Ha, yeah there is the story above.

I didn't want to have to pay for cloud camera storage indefinitely. Not to mention the aforementioned possible security risks. We went with a Unifi Cloud Key Plus and a couple of the G3 Bullet cameras. I should mention, that I already had a Unifi home network with a POE switch so set up was pretty simple. I also paid a guy to come out and put in some ethernet drops to the spots I wanted my cameras. So far, I'm loving it. Here are a couple of shots of the interface.
