Horns win and the boy passed in a frogs mouth three time today! I'll take this Saturday as a very good one.

Doing this with the almost three year old right now over the long weekend. So far it's been successful, minus the one time he stood up on the couch and let his river flow... It's a damn good thing I love him.
I don't know where you are, but our YMCA has been a life saver. They have a giant outdoor pool / splash pad that they limit to 24 people max at a time. Temperature screenings at the door and the lifeguards are on top of cleaning and social distancing. We're there 4 days a week for an hour and a half as it's been the best way to burn off the three year old's energy. It's also great family and unplugged time.
I'm seriously itching to take my boys camping this fall (off week of course). Because they'll be roughly three and 16 months at the time, I'm thinking a state park with cabins will have to do. Any recommendations in the central Texas area? I know that Bastrop SP has some decent cabins, but the dam on their lake gave way a couple of years ago so no fishing, though we could head over to Buescher if we were desperate to wet a line. Really I'm looking for an excuse for an adventure out doors and unplugged and to give them a very easy introduction to camping. Any thoughts from those who have tried are appreciated.
Thanks for the replies, got in to see the folks at North Austin Foot and Ankle who were absolutely great. Nothing broken, but a pretty severe sprain, I'll be living the boot life for the next two weeks which should help me keep up with the toddlers. Maybe I can translate this into some sympathy loving from the wife. There's always an upside.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a sports medicine or orthopedic group in Austin? Went to move a damn sprinkler last night stepped off the damn deck and reasonably damn sober, I rolled the fuck out of my damn ankle feeling several damn things pop or strain. Iced and wrapped it last night and this morning it's the size of a softball and feels nothing like the sprained or rolled ankles I've had in the past. Any recommendations will be greatly damn appreciated.
Anyone living in the Amarillo area? My wife's grandmother passed away in April and the proposed funeral date is for early June (cremated). She was a strong and amazing woman and my wife and I obviously want to honor her and my wife is in need of the grieving process which seems to have been put on hold. The issue is, while we both feel like it should be pushed back, my father in law is most likely going to go ahead with the date in spite of the outbreak in the panhandle. My question for you is how are things being handled up there right now? Are social distancing and masks being utilized or is it not being taken seriously? We have two boys under three who would be coming with us. Neither one of us feel like this is safe or right, but my wife is being put between a rock and a hard place.
Just finished LCK. If you haven't watched it yet, it's a two parter and we couldn't find it on the Bravo app, but it's available on Youtube. Best one they've done so far and in my opinion as good as any regular episode they've had.
The kids went to bed early tonight so the wife won't be playing catch up. It shouldn't be to difficult, but remind me as I plan on drinking to change things up.
