Elizabeth Warren 2020
What a fucking joke. There is an ocean separating Sanders and Warren on foreign policy, the area over which the Presidency has the freest hand.

Perpetual Middle East Geopolitical Quagmire Megathread
lmao Trump and his admin did this to get Iran to respond by killing Americans in Iraq and/or Syria. Trump wants Americans to die.

You should join ISIS so you can have a chance to fight against that terrorist’s men.

Perpetual Middle East Geopolitical Quagmire Megathread
It’s about regional hegemony. Iran must be brought to heel, everything else be damned.

We hated Suleimani because he killed too many of our AQ and ISIS buddies.

Perpetual Middle East Geopolitical Quagmire Megathread
I doubt Trump is the one driving this, but he is dumb enough to allow the Bush-era ghouls in his administration to have their way.

Perpetual Middle East Geopolitical Quagmire Megathread
The US is doing everything it can to instigate a war that will be even worse than our invasion of Iraq. Pure fucking evil.

imo, Riley would be a smart hire for the Cowboys.

Expectations for 2020 season
The O-line was a top 10 run blocking unit. They struggled some in pass protection, but Sam bears a lot of the blame for his sack rate this season.

Expectations for 2020 season
This sounds reasonable, and I think he will win enough to stay another year. I think 2021 is a much more dangerous season for Herman considering the departure of Ehlinger.

Expectations for 2020 season
I agree you should never read too much into any particular game, particularly a bowl game against an opponent which has little in common with most of the teams we will be playing next season. However, I think it’s reasonable to expect a jump next season based off the talent they have accumulated over the past few years and what they return next season. It’s not like the offense is far off from being an elite unit, and Yurcich was a strong hire.

Expectations for 2020 season
This is a good point. If things don’t work out next season I think the most likely cause will be Herman going with one of his buddies at DC instead of someone with more experience defending the kind of offenses we will be facing next season. I thought the obvious thing would have been to hire someone willing to rip off ISU’s scheme, like what Baylor did this season.

Expectations for 2020 season
Why do you believe we should expect the team not to improve next season? The team was nearly as productive on a per play basis this season as they were last year in spite of significant personnel losses. They do not lose nearly as much next season and it’s quite reasonable to expect substantial improvement from the defense next season. The losses at WR will hurt, but there is still talent there and with a senior Ehlinger I don’t see the offense crumbling next season.

I'm confused as to why some of our guys didn't blitz. It was as if they were staying back in case Utah tried to pass. 3rd and 17 is when you break out cover 0.
