  1. My soon to be 14 year old is finishing up 8th grade today. 4 more years left of being his learning coach. Even on the hard days, I wouldn’t change it.

Watching replay - you’re correct. Great move.

It worked for Charles. He picked up spots on Russell and Sainz.

Holy shit - Oscar let him through instead of plowing into him due to Max’s constant late breaking.
  5. I do heavy functional weights. 45lb dumbbells for farmer carries (45 seconds on, 1 min off). Air squats, Bulgarian split squats, lunges - all body weight at tempo. I’ve basically moved to lighter weights with tempo to build muscle. It’s a whole lot easier on the joints. My knees barely grind going up stairs now. I’m 47 and down to 211 today (5’9”).
  6. Goal has been met. TLDR - wife and BIL sold company they took over from their father and we can retire early. Wife and I started a plan roughly 13 years ago. She went to work part time with her dad and brother. We lived off of my salary and just invested what she made. We both knew this little business would one day be a legit small town medium business. It sold last month. Her father had long retired and handed the company to his son and daughter. They grew it to 22 employees and 5x his best sales year. He started the sale of the business last August and he lost his long battle with cancer in December. His goal was to make sure his wife and kids would never have to worry about money and he succeeded. It’s a bitter sweet success. He would have been proud of them for seeing it through. We are set up to retire in our early 50’s (after the kid gets out of college). We both make too much to quit right now. Plus, she likes fast cars. Our new goals are to grow this money and safe guard it. We are both still working, so we are still adding to our investments, but not like we were. We are spending some on fun things.
  7. Wife won’t take calls from TxState when they are trying to raise money. She graduated from SWTSU.

That will be a whole lot of fun for us non-RedBull fans. Chaos over there would be great entertainment.
  9. Some will eat the costs where they can and raise prices where they can. I imagine most only ordered critical items and have planned around it best they can.
  10. My BIL will have two or three containers shipped this week that his suppliers have been holding. I’m sure there are many others in the same situation.

Apparently Horner is on the verge of being fired from RedBull. A whole lot of reports out there.

Does this top the RICH Brand Energy insanity that HASS dealt with?
  13. Not sure. I have the hybrid, so I wasn’t too keen on unplugging things. [emoji16]
  14. They need to do a re-calibration of the system. I got this and my camera system quit working. Let me know if you can read this. If not, I can email it to you. I had to send this to the service guy when I went in and informed him of this issue. Saved a ton of time.

Depends on the bullet. Gotta know the caliber and all.
  16. There are two more cops that did the majority of the beating and the already pled guilty. These guys were secondary and are still guilty of civil rights violations that they haven’t been sentenced for as of yet. That might be the only reason the city isn’t burning.
  17. They usually go by Piping Designer. It’s an associates degree, some on the job training and they are expendable in downturns. One project I’m on has a couple hundred in Manila.
  18. Facts over feelings… too bad these fucking morons didn’t understand actual facts. We drilled so much under Biden. I don’t understand how these people don’t see that. I also can’t understand how they don’t equate $1.50 gas with massive unemployment.

Charles frustrated behind Lewis. They should Have swapped them as soon as they got passed Carlos. They burned up Lewis’ tires. Now both Ferraris are screwed.
  21. 210lbs this morning!!! It’s been 5 or 6 years since I weighed this. This time, however, I’ve got a proper diet and exercise program working together. Feeling good.
  22. Is that a cucumber? If so, brilliant.

I dropped out of ME after sophomore year, so I’ll accept it.
  24. Or cook it till it’s jerky. Why would they stand up to him? Almost all of them are on board with P2025 and this path. He’s not a bully - he’s on their side.
  25. Do you guys roll as a convoy? [emoji16]
