  1. For real, I can't listen to it anymore. I don't imagine the jury listening to this and then letting her off easy.
  2. What is sudden passion? I'm not brazen enough to search at work.
  3. I've never met her so no pics, he was a coworker. All my coworkers went to a conference (I did not attend), they went out and got drunk and he admitted to sleeping with his sister. It's not even confirmed it was his step sister but it's just too gross to imagine otherwise. No one even doubts the story because he will have sex with anything.
  4. I know a guy who brags about having slept with his stepsister. And yes, born, raised and still living in Florida.
  5. Does his family have a the ability to file a suit against the apartment complex? Edit: Rather, do they have a reasonable case?
  6. I was on a jury where we wanted clarification on burglary or robbery (the question was actually about clarifying burglary). We ended up finding him guilty of robbery and kidnapping. Asking for clarification means nothing, they could be arguing over a small technical detail.
  7. I know she probably thought she would be a hero in the moment, but I really can't wrap my head around the reasoning. I think if I were a cop I would take so much pleasure in watching an intruder in my home squirm in a courtroom before being found guilty. Capturing a criminal dumb enough to break into a cops home would bring her a lot of acclaim. Not to mention, she risked getting blood all over everything she owns.
  8. I don't see how they come back with a not guilty based on these directions. Does the jury decide the sentence in Texas?
  9. It's wild that Charlie managed to beat OU, Mack struggled consistently with this.
  10. Jesus, what a dumpster fire.
  11. How long does Charlie have left at USF?
  12. They might be able to watch movies or TV shows that are on DVD. Idk, just a guess. But it does seem pretty miserable.
  13. They're in trouble at this point.
