Still struggling with RISP. And we now have more of a patchwork starting rotation thanks to Cueto heading to the DL and Bum landing on the 60 day DL now. Luckily, Shark comes back next week, and hopefully, Cueto isn't that far behind.
By late April, it should be Blach - Cueto - Shark - Holland - Stratton/Suarez/Beede.
It's too much of a small sample size to start Panik-ing. That said, if we don't figure out how to get some clutch hitting and if the patchwork rotation doesn't keep us afloat for a few weeks, this season could get ugly fast.
Joe Panik had a couple of first evers to open the season as well. First time a player has scored the only run on a solo HR in two consecutive 1-0 games (at any point in the season). He's also the first player to score the team's first three runs of a season on solo HRs.
