My 14yo son: In the winter, if it's above 30, he's wearing shorts.
My 14yo son: It was 90 degrees out the other day and we were going to our town's Memorial Day parade. He tried to leave the house with a hoodie.
Never thought of it, but I may need to get my teenage boys set up to clean trash cans. There may be a little money in it for them. Of course, they would grumble about it.
The thing about the Brewers is that they will be good for a year or two and then fall back off to normal. They are like the Royals/A's/(insert any other small market team) in that they can catch lightning in a bottle every couple of decades, but their windows of opportunity are very small.
It was like listening to some high school AV club doing the broadcast. There was another Cards day game earlier this year that was on Facebook Live or whatever and it was equally as bad.
When on a conference call with someone in China, I find myself getting better at understanding them the longer the call goes. That's similar to the way it was reading angry Terri's message. In fact, after reading her rant, I am having a hard time understanding other posts with proper grammar and punctuation.
Youngest turned 5 yesterday and wanted to go to Chuck's. We obliged, but we went at 3:00 and were out of there just after 5:00. It's tolerable when you're one of the few in the place.
We have 2 shitters in our office. They are just half bathrooms inside the office. I will not shit in there, and if my co-workers realize it then they should thank me for being considerate. Outside of our office is another half bathroom and the other tenants are rarely here (mostly CPAs, so I assume that they only work in these offices during tax season). Basically, what I'm saying is that I have my own private shitter.
I think you have to try to trade Wacha. He's good right now, but he has been very inconsistent during his career. He's got the nagging shoulder that will likely show up in late August. I would hope that he can continue to be effective and then try to trade near the deadline.
