The problem with leaving a note is that people that park like this have no fucking concern for anyone other than themselves. They probably saw it, read it, then chunked on the ground for someone else to pick up. You should have shit on their windshield.
I may or may not have laughed at that. Especially how he hits the first one, then goes forward and back again to get the other one. Then he just drives off while someone else comes to the old ladies' aid.
I was a DOD contractor working in Iraq. Seemed like everyone around me at work didn't give Texas a chance. I was on the receiving end of quite a bit of shit talk. All I would say is "we'll see". I didn't have a TV in my trailer, so I got up at like 2:00 AM and went to the office and watched the game on a tiny TV. My nerves were completely shot. I remember I got up and ran outside twice during the game. Once after the measurement and again after VY scored. I was the only person in our work trailer that actually watched the game. By the time the other got to the office the game was over and it was glorious letting them know.
Since the kids have been on summer break, the oldest 2 have had either strength and conditioning or football 'camp' Monday - Thursday. I get them there before 5:45 AM and then the wife picks them up at 8:00 AM. Every single morning I get the same question as I am walking out the door for work. "What time are they getting done today?"
When people try to drag me into a conversation about politics or religion at work.
We may believe the same stuff, but don't bring me into that shit at work.
We were driving from Waynesville, MO toward St Louis a few weeks ago and decided to stop at the Uranus Fudge Factory. We've seen the signs hundreds of times but never stopped. When you first walk in all of the employees yell "Welcome to Uranus!".
When we checked out, the cashier yells out "Thank you for picking Uranus!". I giggled.
Smoked some ribs and drank a few beers while the kids played outside. Also had to bury the Guinea Pig. Basically, did dad things
I also looked in the mirror last night and saw my dad looking back at me. He died a few years back and Father's Day has taken on a whole new meaning.
Did get your husband to call the number for you? That's what my wife does when she loses her phone, but it's usually out of power from the video watching and Facebooking.
