Meh, see my above. The committee is putting high priority on good wins this year. OU would have more of them, more wins total, a conference title, and a single loss to a top 10 team on the road.
Why? Either would have one more game (and one more win) than ND, would have a conference championship, and would have more quality wins and wins over ranked opponents (ND's only solid win is over Wisconsin; the rest of their schedule has turned unexpectedly bad this year).
Pretty good way of looking at it. It's obvious Alabama does in fact have a pretty strong record, and that OU doesn't belong in the top 4 yet; they're undefeated against a thus far weakass schedule and had to make a roaring comeback against Kansas.
I agree they're obviously ridiculously mismatched, but I've seen them look that way for so long that I don't want them to change really. The greenish tint to the pants used to bug me, but now they look more like an icey blue-silver. The Cowboys uniforms definitely aren't something you'd design from scratch nowadays, but somehow, it all kinda works.
There's definitely some "this is a cool thing to do" BS in that age group, which is unfortunate because it demeans the experience of true trans folk. But hopefully none of your friends allowed their kids to even consider hormonal therapy or anything until they were fully beyond puberty.
Troph, I haven't watched the special yet. Can you type out, word for word, what sentences and paragraphs of his special you believe promote violence?
Full disclosure, I generally like DC. IF I watch this special I want to have a mindset that can notice things I otherwise may not. And I expect you'll accept it if I disagree with you on whether it promotes violence. But you have a perspective that I don't, so I'd value your input here.
