It's been about 10 years since I've been, so my recommendations would probably be out of date. San Miguel is great, although there are a ton of expats there.
I would strongly recommend a day trip to Guanajuato. It's only 90 minutes away. Beautiful colonial city that is a UNESCO site.
72 hour sous vide short ribs seared in duck fat, salade Lyonnaise with panko fried poached egg, and brown butter and sea salt pound cake with bourbon cherry ice cream.
Depends how long. Philly is fine for a few days. Delaware, on the other hand, would only be a good idea if you’re looking to piss off your wife. I spent two days there once that seemed like 3 weeks.
Am the only one who thinks it was way better when it was Backspin? I'm a big fan of the 90s golden era shit. Rock the Bells plays way too much late 70s/early 80s.
I do lifting and cardio. I don't have the patience to slog through 45-60 min on a treadmill or elliptical, so I do spin and HIIT. As I said above, make sure you drink way more water than you think is necessary and get electrolytes.
I know some people who were taking a puddle jumper from Belize City to Ambergis that crashed halfway into the flight. They lived, but had to float around for hours among a bunch of sharks waiting to be rescued. /CSB
I'm a little late on this, but State of Grace has a good "Sunday Supper" that is $29 for 3+ courses (biscuits with smoked ham, salad, entree, 3 sides, dessert).
I haven't tried any of those Ketone supplements, but I've found that the quickest way to get back into Ketosis after a slip up is a fairly strenuous workout the following morning on an empty stomach.
I've been bad at drinking enough water on regular days, let alone when I workout. Sometimes I'll get cramps in the middle of the night. I just ordered some of this stuff:
I've been told by an extremely high level person in the organization that Lebron is most certainly Plan A, and they feel very good about their chances, especially if GSW goes on to decidedly beat the Cavs again. Whether Lebron happens or not, they have some options for getting rid of Ryan Anderson's contract that will require multiple draft picks and a player. Llull turns 31 in November but is playing well after an ACL injury. His team just won the EuroLeague again and are on their way to win the Spanish League again. Their thinking is that if there's ever a time for him to come over this would be the year.
This isn't earth shattering apart from who it was saying this and the context of the conversation.
