We were in PCB about a week or so ago and had mostly red and double red flags all week. I’m surprised there aren’t more drownings considering the amount of people in the water when they shouldn’t be.
@dcbc just made the salsa, it’s fantastic! I used one habanero and three japs, and all six serranos. It’s the perfect amount of heat for me. Thanks for posting amigo.
Had Rossler’s Blue Cord BBQ last week at their trailer in Harker Heights. Brisket was outstanding, had a ton of black pepper. They had two sausage offerings, all beef or jalapeño and cheese. I had the all beef which was just average. Think they do lots of pop up’s all around central Texas.
Brett’s bbq is open again today for the first time in 3-4 months. He’s only open on Sunday’s and in a brick and mortar now. Hope he has a good crowd, seems like a good dude.
Glad to see the CFS sandwich finally added.
My top 3 in no order
BLT, CFS and minna cheese, real fucking mayo on all of em too, Blue Plate if you got it.
Wish we could add an active map with the bbq places listed in this thread. It would be helpful as we travel around Texas find a great place to eat bbq.
Yeah I agree, it’s BS. They say all prep areas must not be open to the pipes and vents above. Since drinks are made all along the bar it covers the entire bar. If you’ll notice, most bars do have the drop ceiling over the bar.
