how about win any game you aren't favored to win (non Mexico category)? in any tournament or friendly?
not asking for the guy to raise the world cup trophy, just have a good showing.
of course you, of all people, don't understand the differences between the two cities and why recruits would favor one over the other over the last like 20 years.
ill try to make it a visual and use as few words as possible so you can understand.
Oregon:
+ 11 Consensus All Americans + 1.66% black + 85+% white/hispanic
vs
Alabama:
+ + + 86 Consensus All Americans + 41% black + 53% white/hispanic
Barbs is only open Sat and Sunday unfortunately.
the answer if you want the best BBQ is probably Terry Blacks based on their other locations, haven't been to the new one in Lockhart though.
regular Blacks otherwise.
Sepinwall broke it down/what it was: https://archive.ph/CaP0D
it's just showing his origin story with how it felt/seemed to Carm at the time. folks either love it or hate it, i loved it. but i get the complaints.
oh come on. you know that is an issue across the board. it's FAR from limited to Max. it's a huge issue they have had for years at this point and for some very strange reason show no interest in solving.
bad news, that's not correct
what, you don't think is impressive? lol
he's the least impressive coach ever hired by the USSF, which is saying something. he has no results to speak of. he has failed at basically every hurdle out there except having the luck to go against Mexico at one of the lowest points in their recent history.
he was paid like 18-20m euros. even if you half it to 10 it's still more than the USSF is going to pay
they are going to cheap out, waste the most talented generation this nation has ever produced, waste a home world cup. i would have more faith in Trev Alberts falling into a good hire for the USMNT than i have in the USSF hiring the right guy.
most folks think it's a policy (coach pay), likely not in writing in the CBA. either way, it's a dumb policy if that's the case. not asking to pay someone $30m or even $10m but why limit the pool of potential hires right off the bat?
the prior guy to Hayes was making <$500k. that's the fault of the USSF, that shouldn't have to be outlined in a CBA or a MOU with the players. just pay appropriately and don't be a cheapass.
side note: im fine w/ parity on pay for players, as far as i know this isn't the NBA vs WBNA on revenue. i just think it's dumb to limit the coach pay for one based on the other. if Pep says he will come coach the USMNT for $10m/year - about half what he's making now - do you say no because you are paying Emma Hayes $2m?
it's incredible that they kneecapped themselves by limiting to just visual data based on "eyes work without Lidar, so we will make our cars self drive with just cameras"
