No way! A site with a forum called, "I'd Pee in Her Butt" isn't a bastion of intellectual discourse?

Sark has a difficult choice here. Does he go with the guy who barks well or the one who consistently completes passes down the field?

He may be the baddest punter on earth. I assume he also drives the team bus and plays in the band at half-time.

OU Recruiting 2023: Blowing and Going
I, for one, find his honesty refreshing. If you're going to blow someone, or lots of people... apparently all at once, you should take pride in your work. You be you, Brent.

I doubt this is what Immamac meant when he said get mostly back on track. I'm pretty sure he meant Paul Giamatti.

I'd take Ewers over Arch even without the mullet. Throw in the mullet and it's not even close.

Jimbo 2023: Watch.The.Tape.
Money and rivalries, sure. A balanced schedule? Not so much. The SEC east has sucked for most of the last decade. In the 1990's, Florida and Tennessee dominated the conference. Same with the Big 12. Nebraska was a powerhouse early on and OU sucked ass. Fast forward 10 years and Nebraska was increasingly irrelevant and Bob Stoops ... was a cocksucker with several conference championships. A balanced schedule based on recent results won't be balanced 10 years from now.

You might be on to something with this competitive balance thing. I've often been amazed at how balanced the current SEC divisions are.

For what it's worth, I agree with you. Arch's film and stats don't support a 1.000 rating. That's not a particularly hot take so I don't know why people are negging you. That said, there's a lot of ground between the top player in the nation and a three star. Farrell is a moron and deserved to get crushed. Or better yet, ignored. Reasonable people, however, can debate what Arch's rating should be. His numbers are pretty mediocre. His was fantastic as a freshman - 2400 yards passing, 34 tds, and 6 interceptions. His production has gone down each of the last two years, though. Last season he threw for 1400 yards, 17 tds and 4 interceptions. A lot of that will depend on his team. Still, it doesn't scream number one player. On the other hand, Ketch's argument for why Arch deserves his rating is probably the best - Texas, Alabama, and Georgia have seen him work out and really wanted him and other guys want to be on his team.

2022 Summer Season: Flavor-Aid (Strength: Prison Wine)
Most teams are flawed to on one side of the ball or the other - OU, OSU, and Baylor last year were really good on one side and average to below average on the other. Georgia, Bama, and Ohio State were elite on both sides. I guess Notre Dame was good, but not elite on offense and defense. Those were unusual though. If the offense steps it up and plays like a top 10 to 15 offense, we'll drop a game or two but should still win the conference if the defense isn't putrid. The defense played well for chunks of time in most games. We just need longer periods of non-putridity.
