I got a Firedisk and wanted to see how it would work to make gumbo so I could make it when camping or at the river and such. It worked damn good for this sausage and chicken gumbo. I didn't get a pic of the 100% complete gumbo, but you get the idea..
Very interested in this. Made a few batches of pho lately and one was awesome and one kind of sucked. I think it was the difference in the bones as the shitty one had this weird hint of grossness (by the smell) came from the meat. So, what kind of bones do you use? How many when making this in an instant pot?
Hell no. I stopped watching but will still follow this thread as I enjoy people making fun of the story and, hopefully, I will eventually get the gist of how the story ended without having to watch hours of this boring repetitive shit fest.
