My generous brothers and sisters, if just 70 of you can drink as little as 10 extra oz. of water a month, I believe we can tend to Pat Robertson's grave ETERNALLY--so dig deep--and the phone lines are now open!
Hays County, built in 2020 (Q4 close), won protest to purchase price. Up 65% last year (won protest but only knocked off 6-8%) and up another 15% this year. Market value $100K more than any house in my neighborhood has sold for this year. Guess I’m getting my protest materials and charts together again.
I went into afib last summer and was hospitalized. I only have an Apple Watch SE but even it tracks afib and gives me a report each Monday morning. The 8 has a lot more bells and whistles but my cardiologist told me I didn’t need to upgrade unless I really wanted to. My intake PA at Seton last summer told me his Apple Watch caught his afib for him as well.
I don’t have all the different comps but if anyone wants a Trimlight Austin consult shoot me a pm and I’ll send you Justin’s contact. He owns the franchise here.
I have my 2 season tickets in section 111 row 3 grey seat backs with Disch Falk garage parking. $200 total. I can transfer tickets and meet you in town to give you parking up until Wednesday.
Sorry for the delay I’ve been off Surly all day. I looked everywhere for my invoice but can’t find it. I was around $20 per foot including the controller. We set it up in January 2021 so we got in on the post Christmas sale.
We installed Trimlight in March of 2021 and love them. I use white security/accent lights normally but have preprogrammed schemes for holidays, Longhorns, Astros, Liverpool FC. We had a couple issues but the installer came out and repaired/replaced things very quickly. We had the lights installed 9” apart and paid around $3500 (but that was 18 months ago).
Price dropped to $800 total due to seeing my same row (not aisle) hitting StubHub for around this price. Still includes parking pass
(Can't figure out how to edit the thread title, that's what I get for going from an active poster to a lurker)
I have 2 seats on the aisle in section 111 row 3. These are the grey chairs not bleachers. Right by the bathrooms and beer tent. Also includes parking in the Disch Falk Garage. $1000 total
It does get warm in the hottest part of the day, but SW Greens put a type of sand down that’s supposed to keep it cooler. I haven’t found it to be too bad but if it’s really hot I just spray it down. I still play bocce with the kiddo no problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I’m not certain how it counts as far as impervious cover restrictions. We closed our pool permit out first and then installed the turf. The turf installer didn’t need a permit or HOA approval as it was all backyard. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I forgot to mention that since I got it done right after the pool they corrected the grade and filled in skid steer ruts at install. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I used Southwest Greens in Austin. Chris is the CEO I believe and I dealt directly with him. Feel free to PM me for his cell. His branch in SE Austin also services the Houston area. We love it, no pets though. He did about 1000 sq ft around our pool and came out to around $15/sq ft. http:// https://www.swgreensaustin.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I saw it mentioned a ways up thread but Tony Romas will always have a special place in my heart. We lived in Japan for 2 years in the 80s and we would hit the one in Tokyo every time we went there. My old man doesn’t eat seafood but had to eat sushi for work meetings. Wouldn’t hesitate to crush a rack of baby backs at any opportunity.
