  1. Looks like Vasques’ unit maybe heading downrange in assorted technicals and trucks/vans. Would be a lot cooler if these dudes were rolling out in armor.
  2. Drone grenade on Russians unloading out of an APC. The clusterfuck at the back of the APC pre-grenade is kinda interesting. Who’s staying? Who’s going? Who’s shot? I’m not shouting, you’re shouting! Boom!
  3. Apparently at this same tank in Vilnius with the Soviet Nostalgia Dumpster, a guy tried to leave a toilet by the tank, but I think the cops overruled him. The toilet was marvelous while it lasted. Really tied the room together.
  4. UA assaulting a Russian held trench. Looks like a scene from WWII. One of the UA guys gets clipped, but still moving, Russians get lit up pretty good. Outcome unclear. The fact that the Ukrainians are assaulting trenches on foot is something different. Would have been really nice to drop a drone grenade on the Russians right before you storm the trench.
  5. Dude’s body armor stopped a 30mm round, fairly impressive:
  6. There is a big divide in Eastern Europe between the folks nostalgic for Soviet times and everybody else:
  7. UA artillery inside view
  8. Somebody’s rifle sling caught a bullet
  9. That’s a lot of trucks lined up, maybe the UA has something cooking:
  10. Stugna vs. dismounted infantry; big splash:
  11. flashback to first great stolen Russian armor vid:
  12. Resnikov getting out of a Leopard: “Excuse me, where is the road to Moscow?”
  13. I don’t understand why Lukashenko would admit this:
  14. Klitschko. Will be interesting to see later if it’s just a photo op or if the guy is heading east. Fighters fight.
  15. UA drone terrorizing Russian squad:
  16. Girkin with a real rant calling Gerasimov a cretin and saying they’ll be naked and barefoot by mid year without a Chinese lend-lease.
  17. Ruskies try to shoot down a drone with AKs and end up eating the grenade. Ouch! Pretty much ruined their day.
  18. Russian squad getting blown up by a rocket/ATGM. Boom /Denzel
  19. Interesting video of a rocket that went three floors deep into a Russian outpost but didn’t explode. Narrator sounding like morale is low:
  20. Any guesses as to what China’s “peace plan” might look like? It will be interesting to see them try to wade into brokering this thing and likely faceplant. No way Ukraine agrees to any territory concessions now when it looks like the tide is getting ready to turn and they’ve got a couple hundred NATO MBTs, IFVs, etc etc on the way.
  21. 34 countries want the IOC to ban Russia and Belarus athletes: “we do not agree that Russian and Belarusian athletes should be allowed back into competition”. The games are a big deal in Dictatorships, and we need to stick together on this. Many Ukrainian Olympic caliber athletes are likely dead now (I think I saw some obits for a few). Why in the fuck the IOC thinks letting the Russian and Belorussians compete in this scenario is unconscionable and the IOC needs their collective clock cleaned. I’m going to go ahead and say the quiet part out loud: Europe and the US are the only reason the games exist and are I’m sure the biggest revenue generators. The IOC needs to get that straight and stop catering to 3rd world countries and pissing us off. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/statement-on-russias-war-on-ukraine-and-international-sport/statement-on-russias-war-on-ukraine-and-international-sport
  22. Illia has a good “how did we get here” summary article here, worth a click, the guy works hard: https://kyivindependent.com/national/one-year-later-how-russia-came-to-a-fail-in-ukraine-battle-after-battle
  23. Definitely will knock your dick in the dirt.
