  1. So what is the argument that the Judge did violate the statute?
  2. Why do you think she "clearly" aided the defendant? What is your analysis? And what about the rest of the elements?
  3. They are starting to become self-aware: https://texags.com/forums/8/topics/3540089/63

  6. This is a conclusion. How did you get there?
  7. Here are the statutes: Concealing: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1071 Obstruction: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1505 I'm not a criminal lawyer, and have no idea what I'm talking about with respect to federal criminal law in general, but both charges seem tenuous to me. How is what she did harboring or concealing him? Maybe the obstruction charge is better, but how did she act corruptly? I wonder if there's a state law civil claim in Wisconsin for malicious criminal prosecution, and if that can be asserted for a federal prosecution.

  9. Still can't believe this fat fuck got elected President.
  10. I don't know where you are in your faith, but as a former Christian it's hard to describe how enlightening it is to rid yourself of all the falsities and general bullshit. I'd encourage you to read the Bible and consider if any of it could possibly be true and if the god it describes is worth worshipping in the first place.
  11. Yeah it's hard to take seriously someone who votes for Trump and calls themselves a "Christian."
  12. It's harder to stay indoctrinated the older you are.

The first time I ever heard of Donald Trump was when one of his wives accused him of rape.
  19. Shall not be infringed bub. Sounds like you hate America. Maybe you should self-deport.
  20. Do you just hate Texas or do you also hate America?
  21. Where's the outrage by the Second Amendment folks? Are they funding his habeas petition? This kid has a clear constitutional right to carry a knife to protect himself. He stood his ground, which is the established policy of this state. I can't think of anything more Texan and more American than this.
  22. Standing in line for WIC and being excited about real cheese.
