This reminds me of a judicial foreclosure case years ago, where a bank held a first lien and an inferior lien. Florida law required all lienholders to be joined, so the bank sued itself.

So the judge directs himself?

I'm no legal scholar, and certainly not knowledgeable about New York civil procedure, but when moving for a directed verdict, doesn't there need to a be a jury to, you know, direct?

Meadows wrote a book? Does he expect MAGA to read it?

But please tell me again how you voted for Trump "because we needed a businessman for President."

Why are we talking about this when there are more important things like Hunter Biden's laptop?

All it would take is a handful of Republicans with Democrat support. Something has to happen.

Brexit shenanigans
Of course, the British people were too fucking stupid to realize they were being lied to. Not that we as Americans can say anything about that.

I've never understood why his supporter see him as strong.

The way many "Christians" have acted for the last 15 years, I imagine that God has a certain level of disdain for them.

2023 Poker in the Rear
Something interesting happened last night. I took a bad beat on a 3-way all-in in NLH, after the flop. I was 80% to scoop when the money went in. There was a ton of dead money in the pot too. Three years ago that would have tilted me, but I wasn't phased at all--I mean not in the slightest. In fact, I was kind of happy for him, because I play with him often and he's a nice guy. I noticed a while back that I wasn't really caring about winning or losing the pot, which has freed up my play quite a bit, but this was the first time I took a beat like that in a huge pot in NLH, and I simply didn't care. I'm not quite sure what has changed, but I think it may be because I'm playing a lot of PLO, where the pots are bigger and the margins are so much thinner.

I like the Republican Party's early stuff. You know, 'Tax Cuts', 'Small Government' -- but once they got into their 'Donald Trump' phase, I don't know, I tuned out.

Do you know what this is? It's the world's smallest violin playing just for Jim Jordan.

Yeah I took one out a year ago. It never was the same after the winter storm. It's a shame too.

I'm not sure the Democrats are handling this correctly. They have a lot of power right now, and they only need a handful of Republicans to come along.

Are you kidding? 60% of elected Republicans would literally take it in the ass from Trump. And that other 40% would let him fondle their assholes. They love the pain. That's where the modern day Republican Party is.

The Republican Party is not about this sensitive girl who meets a nice fella. That's what Bernie Sanders is about, now, granted, no argument about that.

Donald Trump.

Lemme tell you what the modern-day Republican Party is about. It's all about this cooze who's a regular fuck machine, I'm talking morning, day, night, afternoon, dick, dick, dick, dick, dick, dick, dick, dick, dick. Then one day she meets this John Holmes motherfucker and it's like, whoa baby, I mean this cat is like Charles Bronson in the 'Great Escape', he's digging tunnels. Now, she's gettin' the serious dick action and she's feeling something she ain't felt since forever. Pain. Pain. It hurts her. It shouldn't hurt her, you know, her pussy should be Bubble Yum by now, but when this cat fucks her it hurts. It hurts just like it did the first time. You see the pain is reminding a fuck machine what it once was like to be a virgin.
