Great brisket. Ribs were very good. I don't remember trying their sausage. But I do remember how much I liked their grits. Better than Goldee's grits.

I just learned from the list, the original owners of Cattleack sold the place to their pitmaster. I dont think he changed a thing. Which is awesome. One of my favorite spots.

Fort Worth is exploding
I was at Edwin Watts on Thursday. Line was only about 5 deep outside the door. I guess I should've went. The guys at Edwin Watts said they've been receiving free samples for awhile now. Said the vanilla latte tasted like someone putting french toast into a blender. Very sweet.

Get your ass to 225° BBQ in Arlington. It's been about year since I last hit them up. The trailer in DWG. This place is easily in my top 5 for DFW. The lean was tender AF. Ribs were perfectly cooked with a sweetness, a lil more pepper would've been nicer. You really can't mess up pork belly. Green beans and potatoes well seasoned. Legit street corn. And those mothereffin tortillas! Made want to cry. Soft and moist.- Texas BBQ

Anything foot&ankle, I'm going to Dr Ashley Ledger. A little north in the killeen area- Texas BBQ
Went to Terry Black's- Waco, this past weekend. Beef rib was a gem. The lean brisket was a tad dry. Green beans, very good. Creamed corn was terrible, it's such an odd flavor.- Mom has a Dermatology Disorder that Nobody can Figure out. Please help!

The top of GC is easily walked. There's a path to each view point. Take a shuttle to the first viewpoint. Walk to the next. Etc. Pick the viewpoints you really want to see. In case you don't want to Walk to it. If you will be there for sunset, interweb the popular spots. Get there an hour early. Sunrises are cool too. Toasted Owl Cafe was good brek/lunch spot in Flagstaff.- Port Aransas
What's the story on Irie's? Bakery now with a limited lunch menu? rotating lunch menu? Legit pastry items?- Fort Worth is exploding
The brisket at Brix, just doesn't move the needle for me. Not much of a crust, not much salt, and didn't notice any pepper. The beef belly burnt end slammed though. It has a smoky earthy flavor. Hint of coffee notes. Went great with the sweet glaze. Elotes is a thumbs up- Fort Worth is exploding
I have not been to the b&m yet. But I went a few times at the trailer. I thought it was great. I love that griddle crust on my burgers.- All Things Brisket
You should get there by 6am. Line could be 100 deep. Still worth it. Better go this weekend, they will not be open April 27th- Texas BBQ
Ribbee's is really good. But I prefer the sauce/rub they use at the Goldee's location. The cole slaw is better at Goldee's as well. Goldee's cole slaw is not mayo based. Ribbee's tastes like Chick fil a's. ALSO, I would take a slice or two of their homemade bread over the roll.- Fort Worth is exploding
Hit up Ribbee's yesterday. Arrived at 1040, there were four cars in parking lot. No one in line yet. By 1050, a few more cars pulled in, people started to line up. At 1100, probably 15 in line. Line was a steady five deep by the time I left at 1145. They had four varieties of pork ribs and beef back ribs were also on the menu. I went with original dry rub and the sweet, wet. For me, the standard is Panther City BBQ. I like it in on the sweet side. The dry rub has no sweetness and not very peppery. The sweet was not very wet, and only a light hint of sweetness. They did not have ribs like they cook at Goldee's. And the cole slaw is not like theirs at Goldee's. Ribbees is mayo based, taste like chick fil a. I much prefer the non mayo cole slaw at Goldee's. Ribs were perfectly cooked, nice pull and the meat came cleanly off the bone. Just need a heavier dose of rub/sauce. $20 per box, come with a drink. Celebrity sighting - Jon Bonnell.
