  1. Agree! The wife is the opposite. Not a fan of a cracker crust.
  2. I went to Dayne's on a recent friday. line was 20 deep out the door when I arrived at 1130. Stayed out the door till about noon. by 12:15, the line was a steady 5-10 peeps, stayed in the building. Great stuff, just not a fan of his ribs.
  3. I have a megaslam xl with game light. Zero issues with rust or breakage. Go above and beyond with the concrete. Eff that up and it will lean.

  8. West Byers started doing this five+ years ago. It seemed the houses on the west side of Horne always seemed to have issues.

Pre-order some sausage from Mikulik Sausage and Seasoning. You will love it. Might be a little out of your way
  10. Joe said to give him a call. He can make the arrangements. The guy didn't speak very good english, super nice guy though.
  11. Roof replaced as well or just gutters? I used Joe Hunnicutt - Primus Roofing, for my roof. He's got a gutter guy (husband wife team) that did a great job.

it's been a few months... and from what I've been reading/hearing.... if you are in line by 8:45a, you will be served by Noon. I got in line by 8:55, the line snaked to the Goldee's sign, I was ordering at 11:55.

I respect the small risk they are taking with this. I'm still wondering how sustainable this venture will be, unless they plan to offer/add other meat options. But yeah, I will check out Ribbee's within the first month they open.
  16. Highly recommend - Dr Ashley Ledger in Harker Heights. Do it.

  20. too late to get into Como or Sunset Heights? Oakhurst definitely could have some upside, it's possible it could turn out like east austin.

I don't see how you can get half that list in one day. Doesn't City Market open at 8am? Back in 2009 - I had a group hit up; Snow's, Mueller, Kreuz, Smitty's, Black's, City Market, then finished off at The Salt Lick (they took reservations and for the atmosphere).
  23. Will they still line up at Dayne's. I don't believe the line will be as consistently long.
