  1. I think the unlucky thing that happened is that Georgia’s pressure started getting to Quinn. Slow developing works when a healthy, mobile (enough) quarterback has time to make a pass or scramble away from pressure to make a pass.
  2. Well Dabo did say that God was going to have Clemson win, so.
  3. Well, I wouldn’t call Ewers broke. But, your point is well taken. Also, Ewers is not cross-eyed.
  4. I love this year’s defense and I was partly joking. So, agree, but arguably the 2005 defense also made some absolute championship driving critical plays to put VY in a position to score. Exhibit A - Rose Bowl, 4 and 1, LenDale White. Defense, no pressure. Go make that stop. 1983 defense. I won’t budge much. They held Georgia to 10 points in the Cotton Bowl. Not their fault we lost. Fuck.
  5. Fuck you. - Texas 1983 defense. 2005 defense also agrees.
  6. Quinn is not 100%. He does not have the mobility to elude rushes from elite Ds at this point. Sark is not doing him any favors calling slower developing plays. That’s a liability in games when we cannot develop a running game like today to keep the Ds honest. So, what, just chuck the ball up in a lofty arc and cross fingers that the two bad things don’t happen.
  7. I’m not sure it is above average. Shit plays cancelling out really good plays to make it average at best.
  8. Should have kept Manning in for overtime. He’s a better dual threat that would made Georgia work for it. If we get stopped, then kick the field goal. At least it would been a better wrinkle.
  9. This is on Sark. Shit play calling.
  10. Sark: ok, I’m calling the most fucked up plays I can think of. Quinn, make them happen.
  11. Well, I guess the D will need to get a pick six to win this game.
  12. No flags against Texas on the return? Well, ok.
  13. Man. I just sat up from the couch to get a beer and the SEC refs called false start.

We’re the home team today. But, yeah I understand, Atlanta and all.
  15. SEC championship game is the only game not at the same time or having an overlap with other games. Well hot dog, I guess it does just mean more.
  16. I can’t even figure out what he is blathering about?
  17. So, he’ll say Georgia will win because they are better across the pitch than Texas. And, their 15 run win in the match in Austin is a testament to Georgia’s will to put the puck in the goal? Hell, maybe the guy is a diehard college football fan for all we know.
  18. Tonight, thank God it’s them instead of you.
  19. Ha, yes! The roof opens though.
  20. And the Fiesta, actually played on Dec. 31. this year.
  21. Agree. The cfb playoff committee will just have to wait until January 1st to schedule a quarterfinal game outdoors at the Rose Bowl.
  22. Your post came up at the top of the page and my thought was oh yeah, I’d forgotten about tech.
  23. In honor of playing in their first SEC title game in their first year, I want Sark to call roll left on a 4 and inches call with a pass to a wide open Helm. Just for the hell of it.
