Things change. I remember working on IH-10 in my home county in the 1960s all the stream bridges had to be three feet above the record flood level. I have seen the same one under water at least twice since then and no telling how many others have been covered. Upstream land development is the major problem.
How nice to know this miracle device is just as simple as a cell phone, because other than once a month or so my phone never has a problem that makes it useless.

Makes perfect sense to have a program that destroys you if you fail at routine maintenance. Way to go, Boeing. How about a program that would simply prevent engine startup?
Do not forget there will always be people there who want a riot to happen or will cause one just so they can loot stores and vehicles during the confusion.
