I'd completely forgotten that that particular putrid blight of a human being even existed. I've always wanted to like the CFL. I think I would probably really enjoy it if I could be bothered to figure when and how to watch it. But the fact that they EVER allowed that particular wank stain to suit up and get paid to play for any amount of time, let alone a period of apparently FIVE FUCKING YEARS, does not speak highly of their league. At all.
The Alouettes and the CFL should be ashamed - and maybe even liable in some sense
I liked it too. Seems like a nice, chill college town. Funnily, my wife cannot stand it. I semi-jokingly brought up the possibility of moving back there some day and she flipped out. Ever since she got to UT, it's been Austin or bust with her (not that I'm complaining)
Goddammit. Receiver should have made that play
Anyway, that'll do it. Enjoy the rest of your evening, ladies and gentlemen, and drink lots of water tomorrow morning to nurse those hangovers
454 yards for the Beavers while holding SHSU to 157. Just wow
It really is. I'll have to ask my FIL and GFIL how their AD is. I'm wondering (hoping) they can find a really smart, solid coach from maybe a level or two down who can get things moving in the right direction (before inevitably moving onto a bigger, better program)
My wife's family is originally from Corvallis and OH GODDAMMIT BEAVERS WTF were you thinking with that pass???
Anyway, yeah, my in-laws (GREAT folks) are from Corvallis and have been fans for generations so I just kind of adopted them. I have some great memories of some really fun Beavers games of the years. Tonight is not one of them. Haven't been any all year, actually
Nice D by the Beavers there and really nice presence of mind by the SHSU QB to throw that left handed to avoid the safety. It's crazy to hear the yardage stats. The Beavers have completely dominated this game and I feel like they're still going to lose. It kind of reminds me of a certain Longhorns road game that I really don't like to talk about
OMG Hankerson, what are you doing, bro???
Edit: Oh man, that replay was hard to watch. Beautiful play call and it seems like Hankerson was too busy thinking what kind of TD celebration he was going to do
This right here. For all the shit they talked about our schedule last year, it was a gauntlet of pure fucking pain compared to their baby soft schedule this year. I'm praying the version of the Horns that smoked OU and Vandy (notwithstanding the refs doing everything they could to make that game look FAR closer than it was) shows up on T +1. That would be sweet beyond words
I really, really, really do not understand why you wouldn't target Coleman in the end zone at least 3 times in last set of downs. Fuck it - I'd have done it all 4 times.
Once again, everyone in the stadium knew what the play was going to be and Pavia still picked up 9 yards. He might be a loudmouth punk but I definitely respect how clutch he is.
Edit: WOW. Never mind. Please ignore the above post. Just a horrible decision to go for it there
