No surprises here, but it still hurts to read.

In addition to agreeing that Shaka needs to go, and the sooner the better, can we also all agree that there is no way in hell the next coach should be given a $12.9-fucking-million buyout? If the next guy has ANY confidence in his abilities, he should believe that his team will be successful enough that there will be no need for a buyout to be a consideration to begin with. Asking for or demanding a buyout, especially one of this magnitude, seems tantamount to saying "I need some financial protection just in case I end up sucking here." (Exhibit A = Shaka.)
So how many outstanding s do we have? There were two last week, right? Johnson was thought to be one, and many thought Hookfin was another. Maybe one was actually Lewis.
The thing is...I've noticed that Carrington hasn't retweeted any of his previous tweets this week, as he had been doing whenever a previous publicly committed. Could that mean we still have two outstanding, or has he just abandoned that practice?
Apparently this won't happen, but I wouldn't have minded seeing him to go to the Giants just to make the blOwU fans here in Dallas feel conflicted. And having more reason to hate the Giants is never a bad thing for the rest of us.
