Maybe it wasn't called surge pricing but you never knew what price you were paying until the trip was over. Even in NY I felt there was inconsistency in pricing and overall it was really high compared to when Uber came out. Other than standard pricing from JFK to midtown I felt I was being taken advantage of a little bit.
tbf the majority of this board are probably not "lower middle class." Plus I thought we are talking about real estate in Austin which I would say priced out lower middle class several years ago.

Info from realtor is accepted price is 2.3 which makes this more than 1000/sqft! wow
Pull anything decent? I got the 40kCC Lamelo so at least positive (for now). I'll grab my reservation pack this weekend but at that point I might just trade existing moments and not buy anymore packs.
Did anyone jump into Topps Baseball NFTs yet? Series 2 may be coming out in June with the physical drop which could bring some new buyers in.
A way to check would be looking at DonorNet and see if you have the one time points bonus for 2020 giving. That's where last year's donation was tracked for me.
Right but as WBT said you also had the option to have your 2020 donation (and/or) ticket money applied as a gift to the Foundation
Pent up demand is right. These tickets will be hot...
I went ahead and bought Week 2 per my wife... looks like I might send her to ACL while I go to Dallas for Texas/OU. I think seeing George will be fun and Stevie Nicks is solid. Heavy on hip hop but I would expect that with as popular as that is now. I actually like DaBaby.
I had everything already so didn't cost me anything extra but those SS moments did drop. Still has not been minted but I would imagine it could be 30-50 depending on how many complete. The Steph reward was really interesting too although I was 1 CC short. Both are needed in the Master CC challenge that kicks off tonight maybe?
Wait what? Are you sure? I was in the process of renewing and let them keep my donation last year but still owe the whole amount. Perhaps you allowed them to apply last years donation to this year versus keep for their own use.
Much more ideal.
Considering Bull Creek flows into Lake Austin and in turn Town lake it's strange that that would be acceptable. As expected NextDoor is still very much upset over this so will be funny to continue reading those posts.
Did I hear right that they would select at least 1 campsite in each district? Considering Bull Creek is the only option in District 10 it might be extremely likely it goes there.
In 2018-2019, AISD spent an average of $14,067 per student, but they only spent $6,436 per student at Casis Elementary School. So yes, Casis absolutely needs this additional source of funding.
Btw, I'm on a few parent PTA threads and shit is blowing up over this. I guess the trustees still have to vote so lots of letters going out.
Yep, obvi funding the homeless will do way more for the city than funding a better education for our kids Race to the bottom, even for educating our children. I have several friends that will now be sending their kids to Trinity, St Andrews, etc for these exact reasons. Nothing is going to stop the widening gap
Going to be an absolute circus when they announce those sites. It's so nice that the taxpayers need to provide proper grading, they definitely all chipped in for the grading the my lot.
Well for one what CDC and Biden are saying yet everywhere you turn masks are still required. Has it not been a constant stream of different information coming out over the last year? Understand that it's new and we are learning but it's frustruating.
