A few notes from the game last inght...
getting into the stadium was tough after 630, highly recommend getting in early next week if you don’t want to miss the pageantry/kickoff.
The jumbo torn stepped all over the band during the first quarter and as usual during TEXAS FIGHT.
Don’t Stop Believing was played before halftime kickoff which was made it less special as to how many people were not in their seats.
No comment on can ncessions as I didn’t partake but I did hear complaints that it was tough to get food if sitting in lower bowl north end zone.
Oh, the director for the Jumbotron had ADD, a mess of short crowd shots.
Also around 1982 rented Tron nd Last American Virgin. Had to leave a $80 cash deposit to rent. Played them on my VHS player we bought at Pacific Stereo.
I enjoyed the Alex Jones book “interview” bit. Not sure who does the voice but it is really spot on. The video of the bit on the app was funny as well.
She actually said that quality wine had nothing to do with grapes but with how it was manufactured. She hasn’t got a fucking clue about wine, I’m glad she isn’t going to participate tomorrow. She would just fuck it up.
I posted this on the Netflix thread but thought I would here as well. Dawn Wall just dropped on Netflix and it is just as well done as Free Solo. Follows Tommy Caldwell and his quest for the hardest free climb ever done
If you were a fan of Free Solo you must watch Dawn Wall, it just came out today. It follows Tommy Caldwell on his quest for the hardest free climb on EL Capitan. I think it is on par with Free Solo which was fantastic.
