  1. So...you’re probably not setting up the tent tonight, amirite?
  2. I always assumed the notebook contained notes on the map room based on Abner’s research for the day/time of year one is using it. Never noticed how tall the staff was he was using, though. That’s funny.
  3. Scored a bottle the other day. Looking forward to trying it.
  4. Agreed! I've been in that trap for 9 years now. Not exactly struggling, though.
  5. The fact that stories like this aren’t even surprising anymore is a bad sign..... There aren’t enough shakes of the head or WTFs that can explain or justify just how goddam stupid the world has become.

My Dad had 18” of his colon removed when he was a few years younger than I am now due to Diverticulitis. Had some minor issues a few weeks ago. Thought it was just dehydration due to a few unexpected home repairs, manual labor, summer heat, etc. Clearly, that was wrong. Second flare-up came roaring back on Wednesday night. Been miserable for days. Texted my doctor for an appointment (he’s also a friend). He’s got COVID, currently in quarantine. Well, shit... Never had these issues before. A new experience. And quite humbling.
  7. This does not sounds like a guy that keeps them "pristine". Do you lose track of your sack during the day?
  8. Username kinda checks out. Or maybe not. Could go either way. Some of us old-school Savatage fans enjoyed the first few albums and tours. TSO, at the very least, had the benefit of taking constantly struggling Metal musicians and making them multi-millionaires and somewhat mainstream. Even after Paul O'Neill's death, I'm guessing the reason they continue to shove it down our throats every year is...because they still can. It has become a bit much, however, and they have certainly developed a reputation for screwing over some of the original performers that helped them get it off the ground. Sad... And then Al and Jane got divorced, which made me sadder still. Ex-wife (no pics) and I used to hang with them quite a bit when they rolled through Texas.
  9. ...and I'm not going through that kinda Hell again...!
  10. Almond Oil for the win during sexy time! Plus, the skin of my junk has never looked younger. No pics, you savages...

First impression is that it’s really douchey, but they do seem to have some creative stuff available. I order from Penzeys occasionally, and they have some excellent quality. As long as you don’t mind the fact that they send you political emails. Cocksuckers. Keep your goddam politics out of my fucking kitchen. Now go get your shinebox and send me some Cinnamon!
  12. Based on what I saw, on TV, you wouldn't want them. When we divorced, it was still Polaroids and VHS. Haven't actually seen her in 25 years.
  13. Yep nailed it. And her behavior sounds spot on...ha!
  14. Not even sure what that means, but... She was featured on TV as fighting to get her job back. It was never reported how that turned out. Badly, I assume because she opened a bakery that lasted about a year and then...oblivion. Makes me smile to think of her misery.
  15. This thread took a weird turn.
  16. My ex-wife was a Cedar Park cop for years and, (unsurprisingly) somehow got railroaded out of her job a few years ago. It’s probably her fault. She has a supreme gift for fucking shit up and alienating everyone around her.
  17. I guess I'm sandwiched in between you guys in Lufkin. Kinky. For the record, people also suck here, too.
  18. My all-time favorite movie. Maybe one day, I’ll see it sober. Nah...probably not.
  19. It’s not every day you see Huey Lewis’ dick either.
  20. Subjective taste is subjective.
  21. Obligatory: username checks out.
  22. Doing the dance, indeed! Yeah, just a bit more complicated than my transaction. Best of luck gettin’ ‘er done, though...!
  23. In February, I book a domestic flight for the 2nd week of April. Cancelled it March 27 once it looked like it wasn't gonna happen. Just called and rebooked the same trip for mid-August with no issue and $120 cheaper. If that helps. Good luck!
  24. Anywhere in between those two spectrums...and I’ll consider it a win...ha!
  25. I get it. I totally do. Not everyone lives in Bexar, Travis, Harris, and Dallas counties, though. Doesn’t mean we’re not doing our part. Doesn’t mean we’re not ready. Doesn’t mean we haven’t been ready for 3 months now. But still...just sayin. No saturation here. Yet. Maybe.
