  1. Cornish Pasty is really good
  2. Let's go to the GGGGHHHHIIIINNNNN
  3. No. If you order once pre movie and then want to add stuff during you don’t have to re-enter at least. But have to enter each time for first order, at least how they have it set up now. Nowhere to enter season pass for discount. Told my server and showed them the pass ā€œI’ll add your discountā€, no discount and everyone gone when movie is over.
  4. Yeah filling this out in the dark during a movie is no problem at all.
  5. Played the preview loop at Wild Spring Dunes last Saturday. 8 really excellent holes, very playable as they are but will get phenomenal soon. Cheap food available, free homemade lemonade and sausage foldovers at the turn, helluva bargain for $70 (you get two loops, so 16 holes). You are now required to get a forecaddie or bag caddie. Forecaddie was $100 plus grat.
  6. jeeeeeeeeeesus
  7. We did the QR code ordering during the trial run last time. It sucked. Had to manually type in my name, my credit card number and info, then they had an off-menu specials board and nothing in the QR code menu had the specials. Wife also had a special request for her food and no way in the website it sent us to to do that. Then applying a gift card was a bitch, and despite me showing to my server, the 10% season pass also didn't get discounted, so I had to stand around for 15 minutes after the movie to get refunded eight goddamn dollars. 10/10, no notes. Love also that they are like "hey guys it won't be distracting, the order screen is dark mode!" as if every slapdick isn't going to open their full bright home screen to get into the app to order. Also, super easy manually keying in credit card numbers in the dark, won't be an issue at all.
  8. They are the gluten-free ones. Not bad at all for GF.
  9. Modelo people are way better. I enjoyed it for sure but for the cost and length, once was plenty. If someone gave me tickets for free I would do it again and if they did a different movie like this I’d probably try it again depending. Wife and I grabbed cocktails before the show but yeah don’t understand needing mid nachos for a 75 minute show and missing 20% of it. It did look like there were some other decent/solid food options but 0% I’m missing a minute in this spot.
  10. He says BB is ā€œreally aggressiveā€ and a player like that can easily put out a ā€œfuck you you can’t callā€ bet. We have almost the very best hand we can possibly have. Feels like another annoyed call to me.
  11. Sometimes gotta lose that money
  12. Annoyed call
  13. I would counter that I've heard some pretty great stuff about Big Cedar, but def has more of a "bro-y" feel than Bandon/Sand Valley/Kohler etc.
  14. I was in a similar spot, got down to 14.2, best in my life. Slid back to 17.5 with a couple really good rounds rolling off, but feeling really good about how it's going. But same, when I was 14.2 mid-year was hoping single digits in 2026, but dropping 8 shots feels unlikely but then again, I will turn my cap over 4 times, so no reason why not!
  15. Can’t compete with 123 rounds but had 49 courses for my 72 rounds (which was actually 56 courses for 80 since my Bandon rounds were out of season)
  16. Did indeed. Would like a bit more chew to the ribs but everything tasted great. Elotes was fire, one of the best sides I have had. Well worth the stop. Also appreciated getting a two meat plate and got two huge fat slices of brisket when I chose brisket as one of the meats.
  17. Really enjoyed how it was shot, audio and visuals were cool.
  18. Going with 120 guys with the Chasing Scratch podcast. Will be wild!
  19. I got the Rover for $177 for a trip to Ireland next July which will feature lots of carrying.
  20. I’m driving to Austin from Padre on Friday and I may just need to stop here.
