Well, he is a cripple so......he can say all the racist shit in the world but never fit in. I hope this is a trend, if you know what I mean.....and I think you do.
I think what I am attempting to communicate is that my husband was oblivious to politics for a very long time. He never really voted until he met me and then he voted D for the most part. He started to piece together how local elections impacted his day to day life regarding roads and taxes.
He's upset that RvW is being overturned. I don't think he previously conceptualized that as a possibility. Shit got real. That's the point I'm trying to make. Get involved. Vote. Pay attention.
This whole conversation came up due to the "hate mail" we are getting in our mailbox in Hays, Co.
I voted in the republican primary because I wanted to vote against Ken Paxton and Carrie Issac. Due to the runoff, I got to vote against them. Twice. Feels good.
Prior to voting in the pub primary, we have been visited by folks wearing name tags wanting to confirm our eligibility to vote.
Fuck this shit.
Had a neat conversation about this with my husband this evening. This is a new one. HE is the victim.
HE is concerned that HE cannot make medical decisions on my behalf if they involve ectopic pregnancy or any other shit to do with my reproductive organs.
HE did not consider the consequences of his actions until now. HE had no idea that HE would be impacted by this shit because I take care of my reproductive health with my doctor. So...
The beer is free there on Thursdays and Fridays. You get what you get. I don't make the rules.
However, Lone Star Light is very refreshing and pairs well with a greasy badass double meat double cheese with fries.
Somewhat on topic. I bought one of their low carb sausage, pepperoni, cauliflower, and marinara pizza bowls for lunch today. $7.50. I threw most of it away. Not good.
I can’t stand to hear the damn thing kick on and run constantly. It feels like $$ just blowing out of the house. My husband and I have somewhat settled on 76, but he thinks I am insane to turn it up to 78 or 79 when we are not home. Why does this not make sense? It doesn’t take long to cool it back to 76.
This is where the dipshit got the 85% figure.

Four large meat-packing companies control 85 percent of the beef market. In poultry, the top four processing firms control 54 percent of the market. And in pork, the top four processing firms control about 70 percent of the market. The meatpackers and processors buy from farmers and sell to retailers like grocery stores, making them a key bottleneck in the food supply chain.
