Yeah, it's mostly bullshit. The white after church crowd is so much worse. SO, so much worse.
I was a server at Spaghetti Warehouse one summer between UT semesters. Never again. I have nothing but respect for the folks in the service industry. Every kid should have to go through that shit.
This place is getting high marks from friends. That Nola Schnitzel Sandwich looks interesting....

Say what about cooking pork? I don't understand what you are trying to convey. Pork is by far the most forgiving meat to smoke and has been a part of Central Texas BBQ just as long as beef has.
If you like it chopped up and covered in vinegar or sweet sauces, good for you but that doesn't take skill. It's just a preference.
This may be a dumb question, but which amp do you think he's using here? The Vox or Fender? I'm leaning towards the Vox due to a little bit of "chimey" sound, but my inexperience tells me that could be any number of things. Great song. The entire show was spectacular.
You might try to find one that is willing to do a free consultation to see if they can help you. It made a huge difference for me and I was able to get help without feeling trapped by one therapist. It's important that you connect with the person. Do not feel bad and do not waste your time if you don't feel you are getting help. It took me several tries to find the right person and that took years because I thought it was me.
Thank you for this. I took it to Strait and had a much better experience. It's going to take 5 weeks, but they let me leave the guitar with them and were very friendly.
Anyone have a rec for a set up in Austin? I went to Austin Vintage Guitars and they were pretty snobby. They scoffed at me because I didn’t have an appt. A bit of a turn off.
