Absolutely nothing about his game is scary, we'll be facing a better QB in a few weeks. His ability to scramble on busted plays fucked us, so I’m not sure I’d use absolutes in this situation. That said, yes, obviously Penix is better.

I work with a lady whose son played for Kittley at HBU. She hates Kittley and thinks he’s a moron.

I’m assuming Quinn comes back and starts, but we put an “Arch package” together using his athleticism to keep him on campus and engaged. Wild ass guess. Oh, and Maalik is gone.

Makes sense. I’ll continue my TOF contributions.- 2024 Transfer Thread - The Pedantic Circlejerk
I never understood if or how everyday fans could contribute toward the pancake factory. It sounded like a great idea when it came out, but I never figured out how to contribute to it. I sent an email to the contact address provided, but I got no response. I’d rather put money toward that position group than any other. Tight ends are great and all, but they aren’t much good to me if my QB is dead. I doubt I’m alone in this philosophy. I would donate to both.- CFB coaching carousel

That’s very disappointing. I hope Vennables will fight to keep those guys. Lebby was clearly foisted on those poor MSU folks while they were still mourning the loss of the Pirate. I feel bad for them. Any rumors as to the replacement for Lebby at OC? Kendall Briles, perhaps?- Negative Recruiting Your Own School: The aggy Screenshot Megathread

We aren’t in the same position at all. That’s my point. Cook has the same skill set as Stewart without the potential drama. There will be other bad ass receivers in the portal if we aren’t satisfied with what is on campus. We have other receivers on the roster that were not here last year. I never said we shouldn’t bring in a transfer, though. We just don’t have to have Stewart if he’s going to be a locker room cancer.- Texas Recruiting Notes 2024: Bags Don't Beat Bankrolls
We have Johntay Cook. Fuck Evan Stewart. We’re good.- Eleven win Steve!

This. The only name I heard mentioned that would have come close to “terrifying” me was Lanning, but Phil Knight was never going to let that happen. Traylor has my attention, but he has never had to assemble a major college coaching staff. I could see the hire going one of several ways, but I could see it going well, and I’d rather they hire someone else. - 2024 Transfer Thread - The Pedantic Circlejerk
