As long as they put in a law that says if you get a speeding ticket or other moving violation during the ages of 16 to 25, you lose your license for a year. Not saying the premise of the original post is totally wrong either.
That being said, eye tests every year after a certain age needs to be a thing... saying this as a dude of somewhat advancing age that has not set foot in a DMV in about 10 years and now cannot drive at night without lenses.

Lawn service... aeration, fertilization, top dressing, dethatching. I cut, weed eat and blow\sweep. I trim my own trees and bushes and do my own mulching and planting
If you are talking about the rectangular device, I had one of those at one point. I could only get a relative handful of channels compared to what I can pick up now with the HD antenna in the attic. Had an app that helped set up optimum direction. Breeze to set up. Only thing that took effort was getting the cable run down to my cable\ethernet hub and even that was minimal. Only problem I have had was either Spectrum or ATT, for some reason, cut the cable and I had to re-run another. I discovered that early this fall when DirecTV was squabbling with NBC provider and need an alternative so I could catch Sunday night football. Like I mentioned, FOX can be a little iffy depending on the weather but that is it.
tl;dr - So what if I have a HD antenna? I am old. Get the fuck off my lawn.
Don't undervalue the impact of Looney Tunes. From a fine arts \ music standpoint, it introduced many of us to opera, classical music, and jazz. They referenced great works in literature and movies. Undoubtedly, there were moments of out and out brain bashing but still it had its moments. And even in those most violent of displays, you would still hear different voices coming from the orchestra.
Rep for bringing up Mingus. If you want to get somewhere in a hurry throw on 'II B.S'. That song was actually featured in a Volkswagen commercial years ago. Anyways, he is the first artist I go to when I feel like listening to Jazz.
I went to an Experience Hendrix concert in San Antonio a few years ago. I have an autographed photo and ticket stub from Billy Cox plus a pic of Hendrix in a frame hanging on my office wall. At the time I got the autographs, I asked if I could shake his hand and he obliged. I thought about not washing my hand for quite a long time.
If they are going to script the experience they need to add in breaks from anything through the PA system. I.e. no DJ, no Bob Cole. I would prefer none of them at all. Admittedly it’s been about 4 years since I have been to a game and I was shocked at how much it has changed. I am an old. I have been attending CFB games for over 50 years. I will reiterate once again, that DJ and all his bullshit is unnecessary.
Had a *0th birthday this year. Youngest daughter (no pics) offered to buy tickets for a game of my choice. I chose this one. I chose it because of all the shit that has been spewed by little Joey and his daddy Brett. At the time she bought the tickets, I told her I don't care how this season goes as long as we stomp the shit out of Tech.
I enjoyed the hell out of that race. LeClerc grabbing P2 on the last lap was fantastic. It almost always makes for a good race when you see the likes of Perez starting outside the top 10. Very tight race all around.
Between this game and the World Series, I may need a cardio work up. Plenty of blame to go around in a game that sees us go to 8-1. Need to disable the cruise control on this team.
I am not going to gripe about the play calling in the red zone. If you listen to Sark, he tells you it is about us. That is his mindset in his play calling. This team needs to learn to finish in the red zone. That being said I would love to have the points… especially given MM’s state of mind at the end of the half.
