  1. Since we're already throwing names, Tosh is probably a no. He comes up every time but he's already a DC at Oregon. No way he'd take equal money to be D-Line at Texas. Hurtt couldn't make it through compliance. (I think) Apparently LSU is still trying to get the Mizzou D-Line coach for Edge, wonder if we could yoink him?
  2. seems odd we wouldn't match that, but it's not my money.
  3. Bobby is the only one who I'll give a pass. He's more connected than any of them. Things obviously changed.
  4. Saw someone float Rod Wright from the Texans as his replacement. I don't think he has enough skins in the wall, but always nice to get former players back. Any thoughts?
  5. Have to imagine it was more about going home than it was money. Not saying he's not getting a raise but we certainly would have met any price for him. Also FUCK.
  6. Hasn't Flood's MO been "you can't teach size," ? I feel like they're comfortable enough with how the line is coming along that they're prepared to take a developmental prospect. Wasn't Cam Williams the same way, or was he more developed as a prospect? Either way I'm on board with TURST THE CORCHES, hell it may take defends long enough to run around him that technique won't matter. They sure as fuck won't be moving him.
  7. So Brennen Thompson without the helicopter mom?
  8. Was Blackshire any good on special teams? This is just me thinking out loud but I wonder if with Crawford gone they'd use a roster spot on someone who they'd consider an elite special teams player. That's being said it's probably unlikely.
  9. officially There was some chatter about him getting passed up by Lefau who redshirted, and following Choate to Nevada.

  12. Congrats. This was so funny I tweeted you from the surly account.
  13. Holden Staes, come on down.
  14. Brandon Huppert is in his first season as a defensive quality control analyst at Oregon State. He came to Corvallis from Washington, where he most recently served as the program’s director of development from 2020-22. https://osubeavers.com/sports/football/roster/coaches/brandon-huppert/2826 Well Sunnovabitch
  15. Do our analysts make more than a positional coach at a G5? Is Oregon State just broke now that the PAC12 is gone?
