  1. Does the Dad come with her?
  2. 1973 Cotton Bowl. 1st half is Silent, but the 2nd half is the actual CBS Broadcast with Lindsey Nelson and Tom Brookshier. You can hear Nelson and Brookshier talking during commercial breaks as well as discussing the famous Alan Lowry run. Pretty cool video.
  3. My 10 year old son and I were watching a Hammer Film marathon on TCM and Dracula Prince of Darkness came on. My son tapped out during this scene:
  4. I always thought it was an effort to show "Hey, I have a flat enough stomach to tuck this in!". Similar to the trend now at gyms where a woman with an ample size butt will tuck their shirt in the back but let the front part of the shirt hang out.
  5. If you hadn't typed hillbilly, I would have thought they were the Fightin' Gandalfs. "You Shall not Passss or Run the Ball!"
  6. I liked how they were wearing throwback jerseys last week honoring the 1975 team. The '75 aggy team went to Arkansas undefeated and got trounced.
  7. Wow, Option 2 puts Bowie High School in the zone for Akins.
  8. We have 3 in the top 35. Texas is Kicker U!
  9. That looks worse than the 2 Florida players blocking each other.
  10. I actually had an out of state friend who just called me about the Arch shoulder thing. I told him, You think the Manning's wouldn't shut him down immediately if it was a shoulder issue or any type of issue for that matter? Dean Andrews New Orleans Attorney types would be pinging CDC no stop. The kid has his own State Trooper detail for games for crying out loud.
  11. I think that most people wear shoes that are too small.
  12. Every year, this thread re-enforces that some of the worst seasons we have had were when we put the numbers on top of the shoulders instead of on the side.
  13. Savannah Bananas baseball
  14. The catch in all this is that every 3rd candle smells like tortilla chips and un-wiped urine.
  15. This was as close to a "Hail Mary" as I could remember:
  16. Le Thai on Freemont is really good. Short rib Fried Rice is amazing. Its about half a block down from the El Cortez. Follow it up with a walk down Freemont Street. Kids will love it.
  17. The trouble with Texas A&M.....is that it's full of Aggies.
  18. One of my favorite scenes
  19. My first week working at a restaurant, I was to mop the kitchen as part of closing duty. Very eager, I found this cool stuff to mix in the mop water. Manager said after mopping I could dump the water out back and leave when finished. Apparently Murphy's Oil Soap is not used for mopping ANYTHING. The morning staff were slipping around like they had roller skates on ice. They had to re-mop the kitchen 4 times with boiling water before it was safe to walk on, and there were still areas that were slippery 3 days later.
