  1. This will probably get me thrown out of the Pron thread, but I’ve pretty much gone all in on Yamaha. The build quality for the price is amazing in the Indonesian lineup. The Japan made models are better than most US made options. Did you get the version with the P90 at the neck?
  2. I’m not sure it’s worth the effort to even try. It looks like someone scavenged it for parts. Who knows if it even works. It could be fun if you got it got free, but you could also have a $99 paperweight. I will say that I have the Yamaha THR II and I love it. It’s sounds fantastic, compatible with my old Line 6 G10 relay with no significant lag.
  3. I'd rather pay up and get the Lexus at that point.
  4. There is a 4Runner in my future as some point. But, I only have 16K miles on my Taco, so it's gonna be a while.
  5. It's so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend you picking one up.....

If UH can somehow get the civil trial in front of a jury of Houstonians, Amy Adams may get the death penalty.
  7. Yeah, I am not a fan of the color at all. I know some people love it, but I am firmly on the opposite end of the spectrum: Team Fender Pastel. Also, Celery Man's picture smells like stale cigarette smoke.
  8. Looks like Antigua is back baby. CME has a full lineup of Squire options as well. https://www.chicagomusicexchange.com/products/fender-70th-anniversary-vintera-ii-antigua-stratocaster-1957192
  9. Also, are you flexible on color? This one is listed on Reverb as a demo at a brick and mortar store for $1279 and $50 shipping. Usually if you reach out outside of Reverb, they may be able to do a little better on price. https://www.shopmusicland.com/shop/c/p/DEMO-USED-Fender-American-Professional-II-Telecaster-Rosewood-Fingerboard-Mercury-w-Case-x58500256.htm https://reverb.com/item/41483247-demo-used-fender-american-professional-ii-telecaster-rosewood-fingerboard-mercury-w-case
  10. I have that guitar in black and love it. You can't go wrong with an American tele.
  11. Looks better in Ebony. Not good, but better.
  12. Subaru WRX and the vehicles with XT engines are CVT and turbo. Well, most of the WRX’s are manual transmission, but otherwise it’s a CVT.
  13. Lego should card buyers and offer an alternate set of bricks for 21+ that say "Marlboro" for the back.
  14. I have a Subaru Outback with a CVT. Maintenance has really been no different than any automatic transmission I’ve had in the past. Fluid was checked every 30,000 miles and replaced at 100,000. Cost to service the CVT seemed to be on par with automatic transmission expenses. I know Nissan and Audi had some 1st gen CVT reliability problems, but I think most other manufacturers are doing ok with them. I’m hoping to go 200,000 with this car.
  15. Maybe consider collision repair costs as well. Not unusual for a teenager to have a bump or two along the way. I would discuss with your insurance company the cost differential of insuring a teen with a Model 3 vs a late model ICE.
  16. Turbo??
  17. Love the design, but I think I’ll keep the 2019 Taco for a while longer. I guess this kinda sets the prices for the new 4Runner at around $45-$60K depending on trim level.
  18. Looks good. You don't have to tell us the price, but were the dealers trying to hit you with a lot of "market adjustment" BS? I know GM is trying to void warranties to combat flipping right now. Looking at the recent BAT sales, it seems to be working. Lots of no sales as of late. https://bringatrailer.com/gmc/hummer-ev/
  19. You also need to say your prayers and eat your vitamins, you little Hulkamaniac!
  20. Tickets are purchased for the D2 Championship next Saturday in McKinney. Go Orediggers!
  21. That's a great truck. I considered something similar with my old 93 Toyota truck and my son. Then I started really looking at the thin A pillars, zero air bags, no crumple zones and how terrible the MT tires were in the rain. We got him a VW with pre-collision breaking and blind spot detection instead. At least it was a manual transmission and he will get to learn about VW reliability first hand.
