  1. It's Sark's philosophy. He doesn't like dink and dunk because it requires higher level of execution and consistency. His plan for college has always been to recruit the freakiest and fastest skill players to hit them in stride for super explosive plays. When it is fully optimized, you get the Mac Jones Bama. When you dont have 3 1st rounders with a killer run game, you get what we have right now.
  2. After listening to the filmguy's latest video, I'm changing my perspective on Arch. We as a fan base need to give Arch some time to develop. He's only started 4 games ever. Now what can teams do to help a young inexperienced QB? It needs a good run game with a good defense. That's usually enough to win most games. I'm still unsure about our RBs and run game but we need them to improve asap. Can't have a repeat of last year. I'm jealous of Oregon's run game right now.
  3. Arch is not where we thought he would be at after 2 years of development. Turns out young QBs who lack experience will look like it. With that being said, there are positives about Arch's game that i like: his pocket presence and mobility. Unfortunately, Arch needs to improve quickly if we want a shot at the playoffs. However, I think Arch and the offense will get there eventually, just unsure if quick enough since the Oline, WRs and even RBs are still big question marks.
  4. Mateer is going to be a problem. He can make plays when needed.
  5. I think 12 personnel is the way. Wingo/Parker + Endries/eventually Townsend. This should also help with the run game.
  6. I just fucking wish we had a dominant run game... that would elevate Arch's game significantly and take a ton of pressure off of him
  7. I wouldnt mind 1 bit if our top receivers this season are tight ends and Parker. Let's run a bunch of 12 formations which hopefully improves run game as well.
  8. Do we have any more of them Stan Drayton RBs?
  9. oregon rb can run
  10. I think 9-3 is best case scenario.
  11. im down for more yt wr
  12. I truly hate how we dont have quick dink and dunks as part of our offense.
  13. Do we truly not have any dink and dunk in our offense?
  14. It is still very concerning but Texas and Arch need all of these gimmes now to practice reps and get his confidence built back up. Conference play will be tough if we don't improve fast.
  15. oh shit no red zone
  16. Stroh on the stands?
  17. There is WR1
  18. How can you be when your offense is complete ass.
  19. His issue is always wanting to go aggressive.
  20. Sark and Banks just have a way of fucking up.
  21. Thank god PK is the real stud of this team.
  22. Sark doesnt fucking know how to dink and dunk. It's not his philosophy.
