There's zero reason WV should have been left out but the only reasoning is probably the predictive and result-based metrics.
Kenpom #53, BPI #51, KPI #48, SOR #43, and WAB #42. The metrics hated WV.
1 and it wasn't really a bid stealer to be honest.
Colorado State was already a bubble team and they likely just replaced another bubble team (i.e. Boise State). One of those teams was likely going to get in either way.
Yeah somebody is getting screwed with all 3 of UNC, Xaxier, and Texas getting in.
My guess is Utah State. I've been saying people are way overvaluing the Mountain West. They already left out Boise State.
No way they were leaving us out with 7 quad 1 wins. Tried to tell ya.
They're still stupid for putting UNC in but I guess they at least needed a new metric to justify it.
Nah, I'll keep discussing what I want to discuss. I'm sure you will keep trying to dictate what people say on an online forum though. At least you aren't going on your drunk tirades anymore.
Any at large team that's only beaten 1 or 2 other at large teams should not make the tournament.
As long as Indiana or UNC don't make the tournament, I'm good. They've beaten nobody all year. Put Texas, Boise State, San Diego State, or Xavier in the tournament.
