My wife definitely got use to a lot of āfreeā cash floating around the house during the ALPP days. I hope to replicate this with IBRX because I seem to remember my wiener getting touched a lot more back then.
The good news for the Cosmo is that the rooms are getting a refresh next year. Iāll definitely go back once theyāve completed that.
I agree with you on Bellagio. Service is still good and itās stood the test of time.
For the first time this trip, I played some at the Wynn and was really impressed with the property and service. Iād like to stay there next time, but itās hard to pass up all the free comps with MGM.
Yāall think Aria is dated, check out the Cosmo. Stayed there 4 nights last week and the place is looking rough. Not only that, cleaning staff is mailing it in. Dirty sock in the sofa and peanuts all over the chairs when I checked in.
Onion Creek had clay in the 90ās (won a few junior titles there), but I doubt they still have them. Barton Creek use to have grass! I miss tennis, need to get back to playing and introduce my 8 yr daughter to the sport.
Iām going next week and my wife is wanting to rent a car and drive to the Grand Canyon. Anyone done that? Iām not looking to spend the night there, just see the West Canyon sky walk and drive back to the hotel.
Is Settles run-down these days? Itās probably been a decade or longer, but when I stayed there the owner had dumped a ton of money into it and it was fairly nice.
I thought this happens all the time out there now? I remember being in Snyder around 2011 (please donāt ask me why) and they had one you could definitely feel.
Iāve booked a terrace one bedroom suite for 3 nights at the Cosmo in March. Is it hard to get upgraded to fountain view? $50 handshake still a thing?
Whosever kid was on that flight is clearly important to some people. Cartel kingpin? The amount of coverage is crazy, even considering the recent DC incident.
