You are 100% correct. When I moved to Miami in my 20’s I got a job as a landscaper pretty quick. I made quite a bit more than I didn’t in Oklahoma when I got there. I felt great about myself, then one day I was talking to the guy who owned the company and let him know how great I felt. And hit me with reality. He goes “there are two kinds of people in Miami, really fucking rich people and really fucking poor people. And I know how much you make and you’re not really fucking rich”.
I don’t disagree, my son went to the USC camp in Los Angeles this summer. We spent a week out there and absolutely love it. I totally get it that LA is better than Norman, anyone that argues is wrong. With that said I personally would never want to raise kids in LA, but obviously I’m in the minority. There is a reason 800 billion people live there, and I enjoy going all the time. But I love coming back home to Oklahoma. I would live in Austin before LA.
I laid a little cheddar on the boys. I think SMU has a decent offense, but a shitty defense. We should be able to move the ball pretty good. Our safety’s will be something to watch.
My wife eats a gummy every night that has 20mg if THC CBD and CBN. For her they work amazing. I’m not a gummy guy. I’m old school, just give me some flower and let me roll a joint.
As a OU fan, I can’t think of anyone to wear burnt orange that I was more afraid of than Ricky Williams. He was one of the best backs I’ve ever seen. I always pulled for him once he got to the league.
Serious question, does the airline expect someone to sit in the seat where her oxygen tank is? I mean damn! That’s a rough flight. But as was brought up you know she has the good stacks in her purse.
