What does that even mean?
Seems like it would make sense for a guy to focus on getting into better shape specifically because he had an underwhelming season that tailed off towards the end. If he retired from basketball, maybe then it would be too little too late but it seems like he's trying to improve for next season.
Yeah... that's not accurate at all. Players drafted from high school were pretty successful in general. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NBA_high_school_draftees#List
I really liked Seveneves. It's probably my favorite book I've read (for the first time) over the last few years. That said, parts one and two were great while I think part three was only good.
No one is going to just take the Ryan Anderson contract for nothing, but seems like the Rockets could try to flip it for an even worse contract but still useful player like Nic Batum.
Nerlens Noel would be really smart to take a one year deal to play defense and catch lobs as Capela's backup to try to get a big deal the next year.
Luc, Ariza, and Green should all be brought back.
This series is at least going 6 games no matter what happens. If Capela/Gordon have a larger impact than Draymond/Klay, the Rockets will win in 6 or 7.
The Rockets will keep switching everything on defense but I would expect Harden to start on Draymond a decent amount of the time while Tucker, Ariza, and Mbah a Moute take turns guarding Durant.
