Fire Dana!!!!! Espada is still with the organization, no changes with the medical staff, and no big trades or signings. WTF is he doing? Doesn't he know we only have less than half a year before spring training?!? Did i do that right?

Could this be the craziest coaching carousel of all time?
They do, but those dollars didn't get spent on defensive players in the portal.

Formula 1 2025
Apparently Le Mans is a goal of Max. I was listening to a podcast and part of the discussion was that Max truly wants to build a top flight endurance team with his racing team and not simply have his name on a team. Makes perfect sense and he wanted to do this enough that he actually went through the qualifying process to get his license to compete in endurance racing.

Damn sure no DRS trains in endurance racing.

Corn Dog Disaster
Simply pull a Blue Bell, send out a notice, shut down production for a couple of weeks, re-release the product and hope not too many people get sick the second time around, or the third , or....

This is a man. He's over 40. He's a man.
Is Gundy's son still with the program as an offensive quality control?

One thing to add on Patterson is that the defense started to slip with the retirement of Dick Bumpas who was truly the Co-DC with Gary and basically made the calls for the Frogs defensive front while Gary made the call for the secondary. After he retired, Gary took it all on himself and things started to slip, he got surrounded by a defensive staff who were more yes men and recruiters than people he respected and it showed on the field and in the program. I think another common trait between Patterson and Gundy is that over time they didn't keep up as well with the modern game on the field as well because they didn't want to change and they didn't have the staff needed to keep up with the "modern" game. Heck, that is one of the things that cost Landry with the Cowboys as well.

Houston Texans 2025 Season Thread
Not so fast, first 3-4 picks are needed to finish out the Texans defense depth and then take another developmental quarterback who played in the SEC or the Big 10 and then focus on the offensive line.

Ken Burns: The American Revolution (PBS, November 16, 6 eps/12 hours)
I know many don't like Rogan, but if you like Ken Burns, I would highly recommend listening to the conversation they had about Burns' career and the making of this particular series. Burns recall, attention to detail, to dig to find the stories that aren't always easy to find, and then relate that information is unparalleled.

Max wins at Nordschleife Gee, what did you do on your week off Max? Curious if one of the reasons Max stayed at Red Bull is that they won't stop him from doing these types of races during the F1 season.

This, it set them up for this run and if you aren't going to throw money around in free agency go to where the money has a bigger impact.

Lashlee can have SMU in position to compete each year in the ACC simply because of outside of Miami and possibly Florida State who exactly is making a case for being the third best team in the ACC? Maybe GTech, but I am not sure if any human can truly play a full season at quarterback in that offense and not end up beat to shit. Clemson? Dabo is way too young to be being too stubborn to change like Gundy and Patterson you would think, but maybe he is willing to ride that program into the ground. VTech? UNC? UVA? The one thing Arkansas does offer is a place in one of the two big conferences, but is it worth it if they are going to split a big portion of the revenue off to support basketball and baseball compared to the other SEC schools?

Austin must have changed a great deal then because I don't recall having to put up with average at best Tex Mex just for scenery.

I think the back is very solid, runs hard with some burst. The Tech game on the 18th should be interesting, at Iowa State as well. Best of luck the rest of the regular season.

Shit happens, when you talk the game you better back it up and they talked about being more physical only to get their asses kicked in the second half. The only reason the game is close is ASU keeps shooting themselves in the foot, same as against Miss State and that was unfortunate because they could become the best program in the Big 12. I realize many will laugh here, but they have pieces, but they can't get out of their way. As far as the Frogs, need to get things worked out, decide what to do in the offensive line, not sure how they fix the issue at linebacker, and have to run the table now if they want to play in the Big 12 title.

If that is a horse collar they missed one on the ASU tight end who was blocking Jordan. Play shouldn't have happened if they do their jobs on the offensive series before, but that sums up the night.

Junior offensive tackle got his ass kicked by Prince and Hoover fumbled on the sack. TCU has a few tough choices to make because they have some older offensive linemen who just aren't getting it done, but if you go with the guys more talented they are younger and inexperienced. They have gotten their ass kicked in the second half and some of those guys aren't going to magically get stronger and more athletic.

My only issue on the PI is there have let a great deal go tonight, on the interception there was interference, a couple of others that weren't called, but happens. The really bad play was shoving the roughing where Deal shoved the quarterback. That was just stupid.
