Formula 1 2025
More like broken strategy because they were about to get caught for plank wear again. Russell called them on it during the race, we get Charles complaining on the radio about the decision the team make during a stop, and now this bullshit excuse.

Rick and Morty
The last episode pretty much summed up Season 8 for me. They really need to decide where they want to take this series.

That is what Schumacher would have done and with nearly a 300 point lead in the Constructors there is some wiggle room for Oscar.

Interesting, but just under 10.7 by the kid in Britain wouldn't have got him out of some districts in Texas and what the article failed to mention is not only did a 17-year old junior when the 100 M last spring, but there were two younger participants who ran under that 10.68 they highlighted in the story. Also, fucking spikes aren't the reason these kids are running in the so damn fast.

Formula 1 2025
Almost done with reading Newey's book and he really isn't too cautious when making his feelings known about Ferrari, the way they were treated differently by the FIA, the way other teams felt about Ferrari, and his thoughts on Michael crashing out David to make sure he won the WDC. No doubt Adrian has his faults, but it reminds me of listening to Cowboy fans.

Nice effort by Pipperi to make the team.

Cooper goes 1:42.27 to place second and win his way on the US team to the World Championships in Tokyo. Question is will Cooper ever run in college. Sydney McLauglin - Levrone decides to run the open quarter and runs 48.9 to win the event. I really wish the schedule would line up in LA for Sydney to try to double in the open and 400H.

Amazing how a decision gets made for McLaren in regards to Lando brought on by his inability to pass George and he ends up being in a position to win the race.

Have we ever heard what the heck is wrong with Christian Harris because the last I heard was he had a calf injury in 2023?

If West Palm Beach isn't a suburb of Boston or a rehab clinic after surgery then I don't give a shit where Yordan is because we know where he isn't and that is all that matter right now.

When are the Texans going to practice against another team? That will be a far better gauge of where this team then the current practices.

Maybe we should see how he recovers from this hamstring because the Astros already have one second baseman with the lateral range of a rock.

I understand it isn't the official roster, but the Twins roster on ESPN shows a group of pitchers, 2 catchers, 4 infielders, and 3 outfielders. https://www.espn.com/mlb/team/roster/_/name/min/minnesota-twins

I guess Gusto was making more than the average AAAA player.- Houston Astros 2025 Season Thread
By the time Buxton gets back to the Twins active roster there might not be too many players on it he recognizes or knows their names.- Houston Astros 2025 Season Thread
I am pissed Dana couldn't convince them that Hummel for Buxton straight up was a fair deal after the Twins accepted a 26 year old reliever who is in A ball as the throw in prospect for the Carlos trade.- Houston Astros 2025 Season Thread
Multiple hand specialist have been involved with this so we are well beyond the Astros immediate medical staff. Also, the Astros have made it pretty damn apparent they aren't going to be direct about what is truly wrong with him and goodness knows we aren't going to get anything that makes sense from Alvarez. Is is possible that Alvarez and his team keep asking for new doctors because each new specialist is an idiot, but I think maybe, just maybe they have been looking for an answer they prefer and based upon the saga with the knee he isn't a guy who likes the idea of surgery.- Houston Astros 2025 Season Thread
I don't think the issue is the anatomical structure(s) involved, I suspect it is finding an effective course of action, and as I mentioned before, Alvarez wasn't too thrilled to get the microfracture surgical repair done on the knee. I truly think this has been more they knew what the problem was, had an idea where they would ultimately end up treatment wise, and they have been waiting for Alvarez and his camp to agree with the surgical option. All conjecture on my part, but I don't believe the medical staff doesn't know what is wrong with the hand.- Houston Astros 2025 Season Thread
I have never heard or read anything specific, but the only two bones I have heard in the hand that have an issue healing on their own are the navicular and the hamate. With the description, the injured area isn't at the base of the thumb, and the hamate would be the bone that makes sense with what others have said the issue is the end of the bat applying pressure to the area. Sad part is there is a good track record with the surgery and they have wasted a good deal of recovery and rehab time.- Remakes that need to happen
No such such as a remake THAT NEEDS to happen.- Houston Astros 2025 Season Thread
Alvarez isn't even hitting in live games right now. He needs to have the surgery and get ready for next year. They can't replace what he can do when he is healthy, but he ain't healthy and they definitely replaced his current form which is a guy hitting soft toss and off a tee. - Houston Astros 2025 Season Thread
