Incredibly shot and incredibly boring. Should win all of the cinematography/visuals/sound, but out of the 7 best picture noms I have seen thus far (haven’t seen marriage story or Ford v Ferrari yet), this was my least favorite. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Philly burb counties that have literally been controlled by Republicans for hundreds of years went straight D tonight in county races (this started in 2017, flipped actual control to D tonight) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
First time season ticket holder question - I am assuming if I got the cheap seats, I probably won't get OU tix? I haven't gotten my tickets delivered, no email that they are on the way, no email about OU tix.
I’m in San Diego ... had just gotten back to my hotel room on the 11th floor and felt my room shaking/swaying side to side for almost a minute. Freaking terrifying! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I watched some horror/thriller movie called The Perfection not knowing anything about it aside from Alison Williams (Get Out, Girls) being in it. All I gotta say is Jesus f’n Christ. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Absolutely. Things got stale with him here, but I don't know how Texas fans and alums wouldn't wish the best for him. I was a senior our final four year, when you actually had to wait for hours before big games to get the good student seats. I appreciate all that he did here.
I was at that show too - if you were at the one the same time as me, my buddy's girlfriend tried to heckle/berate Norm over a joke about teachers, and they went back and forth for a solid 5-10 minutes (well, him making her look stupid). My buddy dumped her not long afterwards.
I went to a Longhorn reception at the Four Seasons in DC last night, got to meet CDC, who made sure to introduce himself to everybody in the room, and Colt and his wife. Pretty badass. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I watched a docu-series called Mortified Guide this week - pretty funny and entertaining. It is 6 episodes, each about 45 minutes long or so, of adults reading their journals/diaries from when they were kids.
I'll pile on with the order tix beforehand for La Sagrada Familia.
I made my first trip there last May - I would strongly suggest taking a walking tour with the Sandeman company as the first thing you do. Do the "free" one - all you do is tip your guide whatever you want. I got my bearings of the city on that day and saw a bunch of cool shit I never would have known about otherwise. The tour guide was great.
Go to Calle de Blai and get pinchos from every single place on the street.
Also, catch a flamenco show. They also do concerts and other performances in some of the old churches.
U2 at the Rose Bowl last year, probably because I went over to where VY scored the game winner.
Also McCartney at the Erwin Center a few years ago. I had great seats and got to take my dad, who introduced me to The Beatles.
