Texas took more deep shots last season than Sark did at Bama. It’s not a focal point of Sark’s offense which is more about maximizing YAC in the short and intermediate passing game.
Maybe the best way of sorting that information would be yards per target where you discount the yards/catch by the catch rate. So based on those numbers Ceasar has given up 15 yards each time he has been targeted while Tomlinson has given up about 8. Would be interesting to see a big spreadsheet of that stat for the whole conference.
The Aggy rating is curious. You would think offense would be given markedly greater weight in a “predictive” metric since it tends to be stickier than defense.
FEI preseason weights tail off much more rapidly than SP+. Probably explains some of the gap in the offensive rating for Texas. It would also make sense for Texas' defense to look a little better on a drive-based analysis rather than play-based analysis.
I laughed, then went to the corner and curled up in the fetal position. Alternate universe shit is scary brah.
It should read that we lost 28-24 or something. Tom Herman doesn't get blown out.
What is the standard aggy spin for how it wasn't Jimbo's fault that FSU's offense collapsed during his final season (59th OFEI ranking in 2017, 97th in 2018)? He left FSU in about as good of shape as Mack left Texas following his departure, although another school wasn't dumb enough to drop Mack a bag on his way out the door simply because he won a "natty."
Jimbo seems like he can recruit but he's no longer capable of managing an offense. What they should do is have Jimbo take a step back and find an up-and-comer to manage the offense for him with their own system. i.e., find a Lincoln Riley, a Kendal Briles, etc. to give the offense an identity and bring it out of the stone age.
If only we could get our hands on Cuba the way we have with Haiti, it too could be a paradise.
Also, lol, are there any state sponsored terrorists in LA who weren't trained in the US?

It will be very interesting to see how long Sark will stick with Thompson should our offense struggle against them, as it may well might considering the limitations of the line.
Excellent episode and good to see if that my hopes of an Azah and Big D final 2 are alive and well. If you don’t support that final 2 I won’t refer to you (accuratlly) as a racist neo-nazi but I will say that I see you and you’re straight sus.
