Indiana at Notre Dame Round 1 Playoffs
Welp, I was wrong. Not close. Man, I can’t wait for our game.

Indiana at Notre Dame Round 1 Playoffs
Indiana is the No. 1 defense in the country against the run. 2nd in yards per rush. No. 1 in opponent rushing first downs. They are really good against the run. I really think this is gonna be a toss up game.

Indiana at Notre Dame Round 1 Playoffs
This game is going to be way closer than people think. I could easily see IU winning this one. Teams are very even. Most of IU's season stats on offense and defense are better. They've also played a harder schedule. I am torn. I think Riley is the difference maker though. Notre Dame 27 Indiana 23

Why Texas Stomps a Mudhole In Clemson's Ass
How we win: There is no doubt we are a better team, but will we play like it Saturday? Can't wait to see "locked-in" Quinn. We need to run it consistently and positively. Get Arch involved some more. How we lose: Klubnik goes off. Uses his legs to beat us, a la Gabriel in 2023. I've actually been saying "Clemson could win this", but screw that. Give me: Texas 31 Clemson 16

Arch Manning: Scores every way possible
I said this on the Quinn thread. Arch needs to be more involved if we want to have a chance at a National Title this year. I'm not saying he should take over for Quinn, but Arch should DEFINITELY play a bigger role. When we rush for over 100 yards, we win. When we don't, we lose. (See Georgia). Arch can help with that and I HOPE that Sark gets him going. He is they key. I truly believe that.

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
We just need to RUN THE DAMN BALL. When we rush for over 100 we win. When we don't, we lose. Simple as that. This includes getting Arch more involved in the game plan. If we want to win a National Title this year, he needs to get more involved. I truly believe that.

Truck Nuts
Well. Told you I was still considering and definitely an impulse buyer. I saw this one last week and thought it was too good to pass up. 2013 but only 88,220 miles. previously owned by a Marine who was deployed a lot apparently. Thing sat in his garage months at a time. Carfax did show consistent maintenance which made me feel more comfortable about it. Everything else looked great. $18,500 OTD.

2024 Playoffs Round 1: Clemson at Texas
Thoughts: Only one time since 2019 (LSU and their historic offense)) has a national champ not been in the Top 15 in scoring offense and defense nationally. The only teams who qualify this year are: Oregon, Indiana, Notre Dame, and Tennessee. Take it for what it’s worth, but I find it interesting. Oregon and Notre Dame (and IU I guess) also have veteran quarterbacks, which is a big advantage. Those are my picks to make the title game. I think Texas struggles with Clemson, mainly Klubnik. He’s gonna play lights out. He’s also the best qb we’ve faced all year, by a mile. Hope I’m wrong, but Clemson is scary to me. Side note: I don’t know shit really.

Atrocious Coaching
This wasn’t on Quinn, but I’ve said this for years. In college football you have to have a qb that is a threat to hurt the other team with their legs. As SOON as Stockton started running, that changed the game. Quinn is not a threat. Arch is. Look at SMU, Clemson, Ga Tech, Bama, Aggie, Sa Carolina, Oregon, Arizona State, (should I keep going?) Oh, and our kicker sucks. I assume Will Stone is even worse? Geez

I rewatched the entire Georgia game so you don't have to
We gotta run the ball well. Simple as that.

Hunting 24/25: big bucks and a lot of ducks!
I’ve only had two bucks show up while I’ve been at my place this year. Both too small. East Texas man. The one “big boy” I’ve seen on camera has gone missing. I did get a doe couple of weekends ago. [emoji2371]

He does not need 4x4. Unfortunately he has not picked up my love for hunting. And yes, he can handle a full size. I taught he how to drive in my Ford F150 and he has driven my Tundra more recently.

Truck Nuts
Would love y'alls thoughts....my son just turned 18 last week and I ALMOST did the unthinkable and surprised him with a new, well used, truck. I went back and forth. Was mainly looking at Tacomas but saw a few other makes and models I thought would be fairly reliable. Anyway, didn't do it. My "he needs to be responsible and work for things he wants" beat out the "I'm about to do the coolest thing ever and give my son a truck for his 18th birthday" side. He has a vehicle that runs, but dammit, I kinda wish I did it. Did I make the "wise" choice for his future development? haha. Side note: mentioned it earlier in this thread. Tacomas are damn expensive. There is one listed near me for $18,000. It has 215,000 miles on it. yikes.

Oh yeah, I know Colmesneil! Glad you got one!

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
I think (and hope) we will see more Arch packages in the SEC title and playoffs. He is a weapon and Sark will continue to use him effectively. It’s gonna be fun to watch.

Video Editing Software
I've used Adobe Premier Pro forever and really do think it is the best. You can also try out Adobe Express which is just a "quick and easy" way of doing things. Not as in depth as Premier Pro, but will get the job done, depending on what you are doing. I am not aware of any FREE programs that are widely used, but there could be some.

Hunting 24/25: big bucks and a lot of ducks!
Where is your lease? I have a place I can hunt (lady lets me use her land) in Tyler. Very convenient, not the best hunting, but they are there. Nice buck!

Hunting 24/25: big bucks and a lot of ducks!
This is GREAT! I have tried for years to get my son out with me but he just won't do it. He has a few times but isn't hooked. I'll keep trying.

Hunting 24/25: big bucks and a lot of ducks!
Maybe a really dumb question, but I’ll ask anyway. Where should I setup my ground blind? Granted, I put mine up back in September where the yellow X is. The feeder has been at that blue circle for longer than that. That location is obviously small, but the deer do come there. Haven’t gotten one yet this year, but will. My blind is only about 35-40 yards away and the shooting lane is fairly tight. With that being said, should I move the blind next year (now?) to the larger field to the south with the pink X? I could setup the blind along the tree line and have a much larger area to shoot/scan. I could even move the feeder if I get permission from the owner, which wouldn’t be a problem. I was originally thinking that where I have the setup now is best, just because of the natural cover, but it does feel very cramped. Any input would be great. Little more info: this is about 110 acres and the lady who owns it has a small horse farm. Literally, the bastards are tiny. So there is traffic through the place which again, is why I chose to put the setup wheee it is. It isn’t bothered as much.
