Gavin has the face of a bitch. They'd make him squeal like a pig.
Tanner has the face of a guy you just want to shut the fuck up. I think he ends up riddled with bullet holes.
This is yet another example of this admin walking in, fucking something up under the pretense of "we're going to fix this problem" without ever having the self-awareness to say, "Man, I wonder WHY its like this? Lots of smart people have worked on problem X for a while. Maybe there are reasons why things are the way they are."
This scene on repeat for 4 years.
I heard a prof on NPR discussing this and he said essentially the same thing. Tfg just wants to get the two sides to say "yes," so he can spike the ball and claim a touchdown. He doesn't give a rats ass about the details. But the two sides killing each other really really care a whole lot about the details. So this is never going to happen in the way tfg wants.
Too expensive. Those fire bomber types literally fly them until the wings fall off and FAA has to step in and say “no.” I’m surprised it hasn’t happened first in that community because of how much stress they put on the airframes.
Good. Though this strikes me as dare I say it - a token appointment - so the rich white guys can keep on twisting their white supremacist, anti DEI campaign to diminish UT from within.
That's true, but no one has designed and built a tri-jet in a while. It was all the rage in the 60s...just like tai-motors were a thing in the late 20s/early 30s.
The economy of two engines has been well proven.
This all makes logical sense.
But in my view, Europe pretty much always falls to squabbling with each other rather than circling the wagons. I hope I'm wrong.
Hey, at least you weren't like my buddy who had the following exchange with a librarian at the PCL:
Buddy [using most upbeat Pollyanna tone]: Hey! How you doing?! When is the baby due?
Librarian: It isn't.
So, in the words of the guv of the Great State of Texas, "It could have been worse."
