In addition to all the better know movies - let me suggest City Heat with Clint and Madeline Kahn. Unfortunately that was where his jaw got injured (think it was a punch that was supposed to miss) and put him out for a year or so
YEP - tough to explain to your insurance how you ran into an anchored aircraft carrier. Also from what I remember from touring it - it's not exactly anywhere near a channel. This is the same as running your craft into the shoreline
Any thoughts on what keep changing my wireless connection. Older Thinkpad with Intel single band card. At times it connects at 144 mbps and the next day at 65 from the exact same location in the house - which is only 20 feet from the router. Not a huge deal and I'm going to go to dual band just for experimental stuff but wondering why I get huge speed differences.
which is where it should have been in first place. Never understood that Kramer location - no parking etc. before retiring from IBM I was really mad about this. I could walk to Lakeline station from my house at Avery bit couldn't take train to IBM because it involved hiking about a mile from Kramer back to IBM. No clue why they didn't negotiate with IBM to have a station close to them or the Domain.
While I agree with the "big hitter is an issue" - Augusta doesn't need to do much. Bubba is probably just as long and they didn't tear up the course after 2012 or 14. Spieth and Garcia are not bombers and they won so somehow Augusta finds a way...
This happened a few weeks ago in my hometown. A lot of people helped rescue a deaf puppy that fell in a crevice. The puppy and several others were at a foster home on one of the mountains and Huntsville is on top of limestone so there are crevices. After the fact one of the rescuers adopted the puppy.
A couple years ago a pro cold shanked a hozzle rocket on one of the holes with the graphical shot tracker. Weird seeing the tracker color totally disappear to the right. Even the announcer jumped in with a comment that he never knew shottracker could track a shank like that
Hopefully Jeep got their act together on the rear diff. My Dad's 1999 Grand Cherokee did not have a drain plug - had to remove the rear cover just to change it. Not the worst PITA but a totally avoidable one if they added drain and fill plugs.
On my 01 4Runner I did the wires every 50K - just cause. I wasn't planning on it the first time but got sloppy and broke a wire so I just started doing them. About to do plugs on my Accord at 85K for first time.
Have had four Jeeps if I count buying the same one twice (sold it to Dad and bought it back 5 years later)
89 Commanche - owned twice
93 Cherokee
99 Grand Cherokee
I kinda miss the Commanche.
