It’s no Zookeeper, that’s for sure.- Game week 2024, week 7 Georgia @ Texas
On the broadcast after the fumble and TD recovery, you can read Bolden’s lips on the bench saying, “I felt like he was gonna fumble.” Not saying it really means anything other than Bolden perhaps having some psychic abilities, but thought that it was interesting.- If BaD Radio isn't on from 3-7 p.m. ...
I don’t subscribe or listen to DZ much anymore since I’m not interested in Cowboy talk, but I still get the emails and notifications for the episodes. Curious what they said about TX/OU today. How is Jake feeling about his summer prediction:- 2024 ACL Festival
Dua Lipa in Austin is some A+ content. Make sure to scroll 🔥- Road to the SEC Championship
Yes, a purely resume based bracket is gonna be goofy, especially with most teams still barely into conference play. Here’s the updated power rating to more fairly criticize:- The cotton bowl is a shit hole
If you heard that from someone who gets tickets from OU I’ll take your word for it. But I’ve specifically noticed it over the past three or so years. Before, the red used to be very clearly noticeable in the “makeup” sections for tunnel and scoreboard. This is from last year when both teams were unbeaten going in, like not even more than a couple red shirts there: I guess my vision is going but I swear it used be much more obvious.- The cotton bowl is a shit hole
They haven't had that OU section opposite the tunnel for the last several years. I have no idea how they are making up the difference in the number of tickets given to UT and OU, but the red in the middle of the UT side used to be clearly noticeable but it's not there anymore. As for the fair and Cotton Bowl experience, it's a crowded clusterfuck but if you know what you are doing you can mitigate it to some degree. The heat just makes everything worse. Gate A is an absolute shitshow, but we entered the "line" at 1:30 and got in just before 2, about thirty minutes. It obviously grew in that time so after that it's at least 45 minutes probably and you don't feel like you are moving. Yes they should get rid of the picnic tables blocking everything up but the real constraint is the ticket scanners. Also if more people realized you can enter at any of the stadium gates. I wanted to avoid Gate A, but my buddy just wanted to experience the mass of humanity so we dealt with it. Concession sales in the stadium are shit, I got lucky with a vendor just loading up his cooler and the lined hadn't formed yet. Coupon lines in the far end of the Midway (SE side) are much more manageable than the 75-100 deep lines on the Big Tex side of the fairgrounds. Spend time in the Auto Show and use buildings when you can to navigate around and avoid the most densely crowded areas. Parked for free on the same block I always do, half-mile from the side entrance to fair grounds (near the Midway) no traffic driving in, minimal traffic leaving. 23rd year in a row. Wouldn't miss it.- Survivor 47
45!! Come on, easy to believe she was still in her 30's a few years ago lol.- Game week thread, Week 6, Red River Shootout

Big fan of Joel Klatt, and he is usually hated by aggy for his (true) takes about their program. And I realize the clip below is hypothetical scenarios. But the way he just pencils in Aggy for wins against LSU, at Auburn and at South Carolina, seems a WEE bit optimistic. Auburn and USC are not good teams, but my money is on aggy dropping one of those road games.- Game week thread, Week 6, Red River Shootout
- Colin Farrell in The North Water (7.6 on IMDB)
Yeah I watched this a while back. Can be a rough watch at times, but really enjoyed it. Extremely gritty and realistic. Strong production value. Farrell is great. Available on the Roku channel (free app), among other places.- Road to the SEC Championship
This is just one rating system, so take it FWIW, but I like how he does his infographics. https://kfordratings.com/projections- Tennessee @ Arkansas - ABC (NOT CBS)

TCU appears to be absolute dogshit- Megalopolis, Francis Ford Coppola (Claims it’s his best work), Adam Driver
Baffling is the only word that comes to mind when describing this film. The tone is inconsistent throughout. The visual style is non-compelling at best, and an orgy of CGI at worst. Story wise, there may be a semblance of a message in the end, but I really didn’t feel it cohesively through the film at all. I will say I mostly liked Driver’s performance even if the script he was working with was incomprehensible. Aubrey Plaza felt like she was making fun of herself, so she was enjoyable. Similarly, Shia Lebouf was over the top and consistent enough to sell it. The rest of the performances were laughable. Schwartzman and Hoffman were in this, why?? - cfbscoreboard.com
