Yes. That is how many murders work. People don't tend to kill people with a big audience. But is that even true? Sure there were only two people in the room, but there were multiple people in the house.
Here I thought gun safety was important and accidentally killing somebody with your gun was a serious crime. But I guess not. You just pop them in the face and say "whoops" and the cops just shrug. I mean nevermind the fact he was a drunk with a motive and almost certainly just fucking murdered this woman. Meanwhile Law Enforcement will just throw people in prisons for months without even accusing them of anything. Just remember this when fascist dickheads insist that making law enforcement follow the law and respect the Constitutional rights of people is "soft on crime" because you can basically give the carte blanche to do whatever and they still won't properly investigate crimes.
